This gives me a whole new perspective on Fur Elise. It's one of those pieces that's been so overplayed on the piano that I get annoyed every time I hear it. But on the music box it sounds so enchanting and mysterious and otherworldy. I think the music box captures the beauty of Fur Elise in a way that the piano would never be able to. Americans have an entirely different accent than the Germans. We even have different accents within the USA. Someone from the South will pronounce words very differently than the North or East Coast and each is considered correct. Hell - listen to a Brit with a strong Birmingham accent and many English speakers cannot understand it. Don't be a dick looking to make yourself sound intelligent.
