The original Schezwan paste gets its distinct flavour from the star anise,ginger garlic that is fried in the oil before the chilli paste.You made a simple version of it. This is your version of Schezwan paste. Well done! Fried rice looks delicious!!

Hi, I live in Netherlands for 27 years. When visit India, first restaurant meal is always Indo Chinese 😊. We do get Chinese here but very bland for our palate. Now when ever we wanted to eat Chinese, I just try your recipe and its party time. Thank you very much. Keep educating us.

So Indo-Chinese schezwan fried rice doesnt involve usage of schezwan sauce (uses schezwan pepper hence the name) nor the soya sauce. So we can basically call it Kashmiri Fried Rice 😁
I tried many times Indo Chinese recipes but not perfectly cooked. But after watching Sanjyot's vdos I also become perfect and loving home chef. This is only because of Sanjyot Sir. I'm really thankful to HIM. And his step to step recipes ❤🎉
