This is the most delightful video feast on cooking and vegetable cutting technique I have ever seen. Mr Sanjyot's Hindi even for me who as a Malayalam-speaking youngster learnt Hindi -- bits and pieces -- was quite understandable as he infuesed several familiar English words. Guess what? I will cull my used wok and will cook this delicious [and healthy] dish for my family's weekend supper as we watch old classic movies beginning at 6pm this Sunday, June 11th. I was a very studious kid growing up so i never cooked anything (thanks to mother and college hostel days) till I reached the age of 27 and the unexpected death of my mother forced me to learn cooking, in the initial years it was hard to think of cooking as a daily chore coz a modern female is supposed to not have cooking skills 😂 but eventually through online videos I am able to cook really delicious food using minimum spices and optimum quantity of oil (that's a challenge). I watch everything on TH-cam before even making a simple coffee, after watching hundreds of videos, I have suddenly realised that Sanjyot is a well trained chef, he knows the subtle details of cooking and he knows how to make it simple for the lamen viewers just like us...thanks chef ❤

Wow.. Best Chef.. 🙇🍜💥🛑Explains very Scientifically. The shapes of the Veggies, the Cooking Time, The Techniques.. are very Crucial points.. Now I understand why we used to end up with Noodle-Upma instead of Noodles Earlier..!
I prepared just now.. And It turned out sooo Well! Everyone appreciated me and claimed that this tasted way better than the Restaurant - made Noodles!
    Thanks a Lot Chef!🙇‍♂️🙇🍜
