  • Hello! This is a little vlog showing what I eat in a day as a mother recovering after her second pregnancy and preparing for a third one.

I love meat. It's very nutritious. I even like to eat some raw as you do. What do you do for parasites, especially in the pork fat?

I used to parasite cleanse all of the time and eat a conventionally healthy diet. All I ended up with was a list of health issues that doctors across different countries told me were normal/had no answers for (constipation, migraines, skin issues etc. many of these issues were blamed on parasites). I was very scared of parasites when I started but decided to entertain the belief that parasites lunch on humans only when people themselves are sick (same as with plants tbh). If you are built of weak matter - parasites will attack and "cleanse" you. In the 4 years that I have eaten this way - I had one stomach issue in the first week of eating this way and that's it. People who I know who are afraid of raw meat and parasite cleanse regularly though - have some kind of stomach/parasite issues at least a couple of times a year.

@Notsoprettyinpink I agree on eating beef, venison, and some fish raw, but doesn't pork need to be cooked to kill off the Trichinella? That type of round warm is much more dangerous than other parasites. Yes, you are right about most diets being much too low in animal fats and proteins. So your diet looks healthy except for the raw pork in my opinion.

@@itsallgravy7I feel like pork is most likely to be fed absolute crap which is why the meat tends to be problematic. This obviously makes the pigs sick and more likely to have a bunch of parasites growing in it, cleaning it up. I would never buy and eat raw pork (or beef to be honest) from a conventional supermarket. I know that the pork I bought was fed pumpkins and maybe some household after meal discards. As long as the animal was healthy (and the meat tastes sweet and good as a result) - I don't see a problem with eating it. I've been eating raw pork for the past 4+ years almost everyday and I never encountered any issues. Ofc there is always a chance but it just like with anything else. You could also die eating spinach. I am more worried about eating wild caught fish as they swim in a concussion of factory discards.

eat vegetables. The more veg u eat the longer you live.. Enjoy your journey. Try not to be influenced by TH-cam influencers.

I did eat vegetables. I was vegetarian and predominantly plant based most of my life. Went vegan at a certain point because of TH-cam. Ended up with a list of issues that only this diet resolved.
