There is no "i" or "no self" in Buddhism. What we always pray as a Buddhist is to "may the living beings in six realm attained Buddhahood or either moksh from the wheel of life. Kudos to this guy who told abt the essence of the Buddhism.
Moksh is the main goal of Hinduism.And it was first mentioned in Rig Veda

While the word "moksh" or "moksha" comes from hinduism its underlying meaning is same to that of buddhist main goals which is "nibbana" (breaking out of the continous "wheel" of life("samsara")). There are times people use these words interchangably because although the wording is different the underlying meaning is same.

Actually i remember that i was taught a lot of the cultural detail mentioned by Balen dai in social studies.
But i also remember that i was taught this way too fast and a little early than i should have been taught.

It's just a term used for the Muslim people that resided in Kathmandu valley before Shah Dynasty came here... They lived in Newa society, did trade and business, spoke Nepal Bhasa but didn't follow the traditions and cultures of Newa people
