Decentralization of development procedure is must. Every zone, every district has rights to be developed, not just Kathmandu. Exactly, Kathmandu valley was known to be city of gods now they have transformed it into city of slums. One main problem is extreme dense population. For decentralisation, there should be international airports in other major cities. We have built 2 new int’l airports. However, India is refusing to give permission for new air route for these newly built international airports.
