    For me, a con for Dyson is their warranty. If you're going to develop products with lofty claims & price tags, stand behind it with a warranty that matches (why not Lifetime??). I agree the decibel this thing runs at is higher than other products so I can understand it bugging dogs. Now, I own one and I'm very happy I do. I agree it's made a significant difference in my hair care routine. Would I buy another? 100% yes.

    Thank you Angela for this great video review. I have a Dyson that I spent my own saved $ on and I had conflicting opinions initially. I thought my Conair and black orchids diffuser gave me more volume, pixie diffusing. Ultimately as the health of my hair has improved, I now hover diffuse 95% and completely love the Dyson and the Dyson diffuser 95% of dry time....which is greatly reduced compared to my Conair dry time. Expensive dryer, I may not be able to repurchase if this one doesn't I absolutely love it!

    Hi, after seeing your video, I went out yesterday and purchased a dyson hairdryer to diffuse my curly hair. up until now I have just left my hair to dry naturally which is okay in summer, but is not so pleasant to go out in the winter mornings with wet hair.

    • @TheFitCurls
      @TheFitCurls  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      @@Katrn30 Refurbished just means a defect was caught by the factory before it was distributed and then fixed. I’ve bought almost every computer I’ve ever had refurbished and each has lasted for years! I don’t see this as a reason for concern.

      @@sikes442 like I said...they haven’t been on the market that long and already you can buy refurbished ones...if I spend $500 for a hair dryer, I’m going to want it to last at least as long as the Walmart dryer I currently have had for over 20 years. But I think it’s stupid to buy an $800 phone every two years too. I guess I want better value for my money. And yes, it costs $500 plus 15% tax in Canada...

  • @maureenlevy207

    Bought one 6 months ago and sent it back. Two reasons. I thought it felt heavy. Silly me. Because I wasn't sure I was going to keep it, I left the cord coiled as it came shipped. That adds undue weight. Don't do that LOL. Second was buyers remorse..did I just spend 400.00 on a blow dryer?? Two months ago I bought another one and couldn't be happier!! I still go to work at the office every day and when I refresh or even wash in the morning my curls are dry and happy and healthy before I even hit the door. I've always had top tier dryers in the 150.00 range but this baby is AMAZING! No remorse and healthy happy hair!!!

    The only thing I love about it is that my hair doesn’t get stuck at the end of most dryer. That’s it. It took the same amount of time for me to diffuse with a cheaper dryer and heat damage is about the same too. Therefore it wasn’t that impressive dryer to me

    Oh my gosh. My dogs hate the Dyson dryer so much, I feel bad using it. 😂 I need to play with the settings more, I've tried a few different combinations but my hair always feels a little dry when I use it. Have you seen Manes by Mell's (or maybe it was Amanda's?) hack for using the comb attachment to get volume? I do love using the Dyson for that trick.

    I love my Dyson! I have a couple of questions...not about the Dyson ;). First off your hair is freaking gorgeous! Second, we have chatted before about loving the Evolv curl cream and the Ecoslay OM combo. So although your hair is way better than mine LOL. What do you think about the wonder balm for your curls? I always have some degree of frizz, which is ok but just today I saw another influencer talk about it. Do you add it to a product when you distribute it? can it be use for scrunching out the crunch. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    • @TheFitCurls
      @TheFitCurls  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Honestly I haven’t formulated my full opinion on the WonderBalm yet 😂 but I loved using it for my blowout! I’ll need to do some more experimentation with it to be certain. And I haven’t used it to SOTC yet because there’s glycerin pretty high on the ingredient list, which my high porosity hair takes as a signal to invite alllllllll the humidity in 😂

Of course, I don't have a single dyson product in my home. OTOH my BF does, he found a dyson vacuum cleaner out for Garbage and brought it home. All it needed was the hair cut off the beater bar and its' good as new. Again, something I would never, ever pay money for.
