Yes it is, sorry I just got this notification of your message now. I usually use creative for tutorials and testing builds before I do them in survival mode. Honestly I don't find anything wrong with doing stuff in creative. I get the survival aspect of it all but I also get to see a completed project and be satisfied with my creation as well. Either way it comes from your head...one is just harder and takes longer. I still appreciate seeing peoples creative builds and what theyre capable of.
@@GamingwithWhiskey totally agree....it's just that since I'm playing solo in PvE, exploring Ragnarok..I feel like I should do some things on my own, you know... after all, building higher tiers or taming some advanced dinos are the only challenges I have (since being solo, the bosses are hell on earth) but I tried a couple of times to at least organize a nice base, trying not to abuse from the Creative Mode...it's pretty interesting.... maybe I'll use the Tek Tier to test the bosses in my own...although I'm now interested in build some nice boats hahaha
@@spdutahraptor777 I agree the bosses are hell. I've beat bosses but not solo. I feel u on the trying things on your own. I play both unofficial and official. If I want to get things done fast and be over powered I play unofficial but if I want to do things legit and the hard way lol...official for me. Maybe use your private world on the island as creative and use one of the other islands as strictly survival. What platform do u play on?
@@GamingwithWhiskey I'm in pc, but I've being playing for just a couple of months, that's why I'm still exploring things. I used creative mode to explore the potential buildings I can do...but like you said, once I see what I can do in the game, I will start another one strictly survival, to face those challenges for real I've always donde that with games.... once I'm kind of stuck, or don't know what else is there to do next, I start using "cheats" to se what can be done (if it can be done) I won't use command spawns though.....I want to have that feeeling of findinig a cool dino on my own

I never ended up painting it but I did see someone do my build quite awhile back and they had the main house as brown, and the roof was black and the fencing I think they did in black as well. The stairs I think they had as white.
