DTF Printing VS DTF Hack (The difference between DTF printer & DTF hack)

- In this video I show you guys the difference between DTF Printing and the DTF Hack. A lot of the steps are similar but the main difference is that the actual DTF printing has a white coating layer over the ink and you can print on dark colors, the hack you can not and it does not have a white coating.

How the printer print white color after the print colorful color?

Hey have you tried on Etsy, they sell them there as well. If you don’t see them on Etsy then you could try emptying out the original cartridges that came with printer.
Ashley, I was just wondering how long does the ink last… or do you feel like it lasts pretty good? Right now, I’m using the DTF HACK as I don’t have an actual DTF Printer.

How do the prints hold up after washing? Any issues after multiple washes?? Thanks!
The wash holds up pretty nice with both, I wash my clothes on heavy duty and the still don’t crack, peal or fade for awhile.
With the dtf hack, are you using the ink that came with the printer?
No,you have to use sublimination ink like Hippo brand
What DTF cartridges did you purchase for that printer and does it use a lot of ink!
It come with cartridges but if you are converting to DTF then you can replace the cartridges with empty one and fill it with DTF ink. I do have some which you can get with the link in my description box!

Hello thanks for watching, I use an XP 15000 for printing DTF and for the have I believe it’s an Epson 3850.
Would the film have gone through the printer with a regular sheet of copy paper?
Yes if you are referring to the hack, I have used copying paper as well with the painters tape attached to it.
