Introducing me to this band when I was barely 11 years old is the greatest gift my older brother gave me. He made me listen to Meddle first, I fell in love with their sound and their music. When Dark Side of the Moon came out, I fell in love again, and I was fascinated by the lyrics. For me, no other band beats this legendary band. They take you on a journey every time.
I 100% approve of your way of doing this reaction. A whole album side, as it should be listened to. The experience you get from it is much better that way, well done.
The Darkside of the Moon Album has now spent 950 weeks on the Billboard's top 200 albums chart. 950 weeks = 18.2 years Pink Floyd's Darkside of the Moon debuted on March 17th 1973 at #95 on the Billboard's top 200 album chart and didn't leave the top 200 album chart until July of 1988. 736 weeks after it's debut. Most Christmas times since 1988 it rejoins the Billboard's top 200 album chart
That’s the way to review Pink Floyd. Album reviews, rather than individual songs. Good job, young man. (I can call you a young man because I’m an old fart who has listened to this album thousands of times since I first head it in 1974 while in college)
Thank you for doing the whole album and not song by song. You identified what has puzzled me most about Dark Side. When you talk to people about it, it's like they "get it" and no one else does. Yet this is one of the largest selling albums of all time. It was the first album people re-bought after scratching up their vinyl. How can such an intensely personal album appeal to so many people? It's the pictures in our heads!!! You closed your eyes and you saw what you saw. I closed mine and got completely different images! Man, it's a trip, and it takes everyone on a different ride! Thank you for your reaction!
Man I was so happy when I saw this video drop..... But then had that moment of..... I hope you get it 'cause its nothing like LZ! For me PF & LZ equally brilliant, these were the two bands I grew up listening to. Pink Floyd definitely a trip!
Thank you for not pausing every 10 seconds. Pink Floyd is how you interpret it. Just close your eyes and let them take you on a beautiful journey. There is no right or wrong answer. Just let it touch your soul.....
Love what you're doing, the wide spectrum you're covering and your unexaggerated and reflected response to what you're hearing. Of course for me this was nothing new at all, I grew up with, amongst others, Pink Floyd (Zeppelin, Doors, Zappa, Blues, Jazz), yet it was nice to re-listen after some period and encounter the music through someone else's ears... - and I also decovered some exciting stuff on your channel that was new to me like that russian hiphop, especially Miyagi & Andy Panda, those are geniuses! Aprecciate what you're doing, hope your subscribers come up with more extensions for my musical horizon! I for my part would like to suggest you listening to "Diablo Swing Orchestra", like "lucy fears the morning star" (an older one) or "superhero jagganath", more up to the day... these guys from sweden doing things I never heard before, complety jawdropping news for me at least... have "fun" ... :-D
My favorite all time album. The masterpiece of masterpieces.

Those scenes you're seeing in your head are corners of your imagination being triggered against its will. Welcome to Pink Floyd, sir.
It's a work of art

Brilliant..
😁 Dude, you've been "Floydified". Cool Beans! I brought snacks and subscribed. 🍿🐰 #ENRGYZRBunny
Soundtrack to the soul right here. Thank you SO much for doing this album ❤️
The beginning minute was snippets from songs to follow on the album. This set the stage for the rock opera.
