The game design in this is kinda amazing. Using the same map and path multiple times over while increasing difficulty, creating new surprises and telling a story with the enviroment.
every time jolly goes through the time machine, jornad gets his pay halved, then over the next 5 years he slowly gets respect back and gets full pay. then jolly comes back, goes back through the time machine, and halves his pay again.
I know it’s probably something simple like you dying or just getting a white text screen, but I must wonder what happens if you walk through the exit at the beginning.

i kind of feel bad for that guy, he just fucked up one time, had his career ruined, and developed something wrong in the brain cavity, all after he was genuinely positive and nice, i feel bad for him.
