Oh and there will be more detail when I make the barrel finish... some engraving... maybe with some gold inlay . That plan is growing for a long time 😁

It's really looking good! As I said before, I never see Jager rifles here in the central US although there could be some.

there is one at track of the wolf at the moment but its left handed. The moravian or german gunmakers in US shifted rather fast to a transition style and there were nerly no jäger rifles build . some were brought by hessian jäger troops... 😁

You must have had an interesting time in India. Did you get a chance to see any guns whilst over there. I worked in Saudi Arabia for a while back in the 1990's and got a chance to see quite a few middle eastern style antique muskets in the local markets. They were quite cheap to buy but they were usually in very poor condition.

Oh there were no chance to by guns... a lot of mosquitos and a lot of work 😆but I had a chance to visit some nice antique temples in Hampi. I was in Saudi as well in Al Jubail on the golf. only steel and oil industry..... that was... let me think.... 6 or 7 years ago... but a nice experiance after all with some nice colegues 😁

I spent some time in Jubail at the Saudi navy ship repair facility. The only thing I really remember about Jubail was the smell of the oil refineries. One place I liked was over the other side of the country called Khamis Mushait. which translates to Thursday Market and there was a big market including lots of antiques. but I didn't trust brining a gun (even antique) back on the aircraft@@homemadehistory7537
