Deep Fried Strawberries

Deep Fried Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs!
Recipe ⬇️
Batter:
1/4 cup coconut flour, or any pancake mix.
3 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons sweetener, or any sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 salt
Chocolate:
1/4 cup chocolate chips
4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons sweetener
Whip cream:
4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons sweetener
Mix Ingredients In separate bowls, then pour Ingredients Into separate shallow bowls for dipping.
Space strawberries evenly on skewers
Deep fry In a small frying pan that will allow your skewer to rest on the edges of the pan keeping strawberries suspended. Turn Edge of skewer side to side to cook evenly. When golden brown , set on paper towel to cool 15 min.
Dip In smooth Melted chocolate (consistency of honey)
Place In fridge for 30 min to cool.

I have a business plan to create a race park for Atlanta street racers, there will be a multi lane drag racing strip as well as designated spaces for doing donuts, there will be bleachers & a jumbo tran, so everyone will see you making smoke! There will be VIP skyboxes, a swimming pool, night club & last but definitely not least, a food Truck park with commissary kitchen! This will make Atlanta streets safer & provide jobs, & entrepreneurship opportunities for a slew of vendors. This idea will ONLY happen thru funding by donations.
