@@nightsong81Scientist here. DONT. Avocado seeds cannot be digested in the human body, so they can get stuck in your intestines, which is life threatening. So even though the seeds is noticably softer, your body cannot do anything with it.
Ok, this is actually REALLY interesting to me from a culinary point of view. Avocados are usually served raw in whatever way they're used, not cooked. The fact that the flavor gets deeper and more umami when it gets cooked is really cool and now I'm busy thinking of ways to cook it for a long time and get that flavor without burning it.
I recommend a mashed series where you test if things can be mashed potatoes. In the first episode, you should revisit this Avocado and then add butter, milk, and seasoning.
Hello Mr Sausage, I would be interested to see some replacement options for milk/water in instant mashed potatoes. Perhaps a Mountain Dew instant mashed potato, vodka instant mash, or perhaps even a chocolate milk variety. Thanks and Happy Easter Sunday

Wow. This was actually very impressive. The scientific advancements this may bring about is unfathomable. But STILL not as impressive as the BERD sausage I’ve been asking for for years now. How long will you ignore my request?
After a lil bit of googling amd some of my own knowledge, i have found that although avocado pits *technically* have a little bit of toxin in them, specifically an anti-fungal and pesticide called persin, it only contains small amounts and a human would have to ingest a lot of avocado seeds to get poisoned. Does that change from being cooked, though? It could be either way, as sometimes compound breakdown can make these toxins more dangerous... or denature (nullify) them entirely, like in acorn processing.
I’m not surprised the 1hr survived, but I am surprised that it was the best. I guess it makes sense, most things are better cooked longer if they remain moist
Mr Sausage, I swear if you don't start breading your main ingredients before you deep-fry them, I'll replace your water supply with a mixture of Malört, 4 Loko, and Surströmming juice. This is not a threat, this is a promise.
considering the fact that avocados do contain a good amount of fats, the butter taste makes sense . honestly it makes me want to try making mashed avocados
I think you should consider breading certain food items before you deep fry them. By submerging them in just hot oil you're essentially warming them up
I think this is literally the first time that the 1 hour one was the winner
The large amount of oil inside an avocado probably helped.
