Mum throws away her own child for her new family Also mum " hey now your successful, you NEED to help me" Op " you threw me away, why don't you ask your New family"
Me and my husband are raising our son (the oldest) and 2 daughters my husband and i never played favorites and my husband a veteran loves us all. My husband’s military life was tough and he was in combat and his return to us galvanized him to be a wonderful father like his own father also a combat veteran who served in Vietnam. When he wanted to go camping he didn’t just take our son he took us all and wants as much time with our daughters besides our son. My husband worked hard to achieve to give us a wonderful life. I’m happy my husband always give us protection and love.
What a nasty hateful thing to do. How incredibly selfish of the mother. You don’t do that to a kid. So many parents are all too happy to dump their kid for their spicy new bedroom playmate and their new stepchildren. This mother doesn’t deserve to have children.
my guess is that he had help from one of the lawyers who are not ethnical in legal terms and possibly a corrupted person in the system. This sort of thing kind of happens sometimes and often in plain sight.

Derek got arrested for child neglect, abuse, fraud and forgery and now sentence to prison for years. The twin girls reunite with their mother after she got custody of her twin daughters back.
Why didn’t he put them into the spare room or get a bigger house? I hate when custodial parent put their new spouse and kids first. But then want help from the children they turned their back on.
Yup this mother deserves justified karma for children are your heart not your trashy toxicity. You don't necessarily have to forgive her either you deserve a better family
Stepfathers and stepsiblings appear to NEVER be good to the original children. After all, that’s why there are so many fairy tales about evil step relatives. Anyone picking up steps need to keep records because they are always sneaky and somehow make the father (or mother) like or worse believe them more than their blood children they birthed and raised. If the kids are old enough when original parent accepts new steps into the family…1. Ask to put the home you’ve lived in in your name because original kids seem to get kicked out and 2. Ask for some money to move into another apartment before the steps move in. Also, get dad’s lawyer’s contact and ask for a copy of the will before or immediately after death to avoid what OP went through. If kids are too young, they need to call a trusted relative or talk to a trusted teacher or neighbor. It makes me sad to continually see abuse of blood children by their remarrying parents.
Gee, that kid is so obviously a modern generation kid, a true eternal victim. He had 3 months of sharing his room and a little inequality on how he was treated and it takes him a year to heal from it. He wasn't abused, torn down, neglected.
Lucas wasn't very smart. Because he was too naive to understand how selfish she is. What kind of mother would just throw an 8 year old child like that? That's grounds for arrest! Needless to say, she gave birth, but she was no mother.
@chadmonk-po5yj No, no, she isn't. Only by name and nothing else because mothers don't do that to their children. That's neglect. Especially here. If you choose someone else over your own child, then you no loyalty. They share DNA. Nothing more.
Wait a minute! If Derek was charged with child neglect and there was proof of said neglect then how in the world was he granted custody of the girls ESPECIALLY over their mother? What judge in his or her right mind would allow that? Also, why is that teacher Mr. Henderson constantly wearing a backpack? The story makes no sense on several levels.
Wow that is surprising at the end I was really thinking the sun was going to be kicked out of the house ended up at Grandma's house and 14 years passed by and now the mom is looking for help financially😂
12:23 Isn't Lucas 8 years old? He can't just *_DECIDE_* to move in with his grandmother. Don't get me wrong; I think its a good idea, but its not *_UP_* to him 🤣 🤣 🤣!!!!
@johnhannibalsmith1607 BE CAREFUL OF WHAT YOU SAY. THESE KIDS IN THIS DAY AND AGE CAN SEE THROUGH IGNORANCE COMING FROM THEIR PARENTS AND RELATIVES WHO HAVE HEARTLESS HEARTS LIKE THERE'S NO TOMORROW. SO YOU ARE WRONG. THEY CAN DECIDE.
Sorry but if this was me, no one's kid is coming before my own. Least of all in their own home. The twins would be moved to another room or we would just move to a larger house. My kid would not be forced out just to make my husband happy.
If a kid is in danger because of a parents relationship it's perfectly OK to tell the kid Sharing information like that has no age appropriate limit As long as he doesn't work for the other school there is no confidentiality the teacher did the right thing to make sure that the kid was safe your the one violating because you are probably Derek or one of his kids because you are the only one complaining about it
Since the grandmother found stuff about Derek and the children and him not taking care of them right? Why were they with him? Why did he even have those children that my good, so how on earth did he have custody of those girls. Did he steal them from their mother? You need to clarify that in the story please I’m glad Lucas‘s grandmother was there to fight for him to help him because his mom was really of no use to him at that point

If Derrick was neglectful, how did he get custody of his daughters?

An advice: Just Leave your mom, start a new life and keep your new success life a secret, so your toxic mom will not know and try to leech on you.
Yeah any 8 year old can just tell mom to kick rocks and live on his own.... get a job..... go to college...... yeah what world you living in?
You don’t that to a 8 yr child
Yeah
If you’re main character’s a kid, give them a kid’a voice!
poor lucas.
i wonder what happened to derek and the girls? Maybe cps could take them and derek would have his rights terminated
Derek got arrested for child neglect, abuse, fraud and forgery and now sentence to prison for years. The twin girls reunite with their mother after she got custody of her twin daughters back.
I'm glad lucas worked things out.
Why didn’t he put them into the spare room or get a bigger house? I hate when custodial parent put their new spouse and kids first. But then want help from the children they turned their back on.
I hope Janet repainted Lucas’ room back to it’s original color.
No man’s children would get my child’s room. If he wants to build a room and bathroom attachment,I’d think about it.

@paulpavlus6664 I agree mom's don't usually but to an eight year old he still loves his mom
@@chadmonk-po5yj Then that's a problem. Because he needs to realize she stopped being his mother a long time ago.
@paulpavlus6664 I agree but she did see what she did was wrong sometimes love is blind for single parents

He didnt move in, he needed space. He stayed with his grandmother temporarily to clear his mind.

Its not normal to throw a child out the house especially a eight or nine year old its really young they can defend themselves.
Mr. Henderson is violating confidentiality and is telling an 8 year old something not age appropriate.
Any Age is OK, As Long As The Child is Sentient and Self-aware

Your mother participated. She took your room. She is equally guilty and she needs to understand that.
Is he 8 or 18 ?

looking at the animation the grandma isn't' related to the kid😂😂
Grandma is black?
I called bullshit
the mother & New Husband' have peter pan syndrome.
