Can users receive email notification when their email is quarantined if the senders' email is picked up in this anti phishing policy?

I have the option to create an anti phish policy but do not have the option to set a specific phishing email threshold. Was that retired or moved somewhere else?

I have two different policies. One which is intended for the CEO and another for other users. It really seems like some of these settings are redundant. To I really have to check things like Spoof intelligence on both policies? All users are included in both policies. The only real difference i wanted to set was that I wanted the CEO policy to be set to "Most Aggressive." Thoughts?

From the Add external senders, you can add a user that's not an accepted domain right? like an email address of your partners or distributors, etc.
Yes, external senders do not belong to your accepted domains.
