great video! the mac m4 pro is my first macbook coming from a mid range 2018 windows laptop and the battery life is night and day. also happy with the workload i can put it through on the run without worrying about plugging it in
I would be more worried about something the backpack scratching up the laptop. The bracelet is an example of how easy it scratches. I definitely will make sure to elaborate next time. Thank you for the feedback back.
Well spoken. Quiet chill music? Right to the facts and solid -right to the point- intro? Practical look on technology and it's intended purposes? Sign me up; thanks algorithm!

If u didn't have keyboard problems with old MBP, would u replace battery to have a secondary laptop? I have 2015 MBP that i feel only needs a new battery to do basic browsing & emailing.
I probably would. And I still might change the battery out just to have a back up laptop. If basic browsing and email is all you need it for. I would definitely save your money until you really need to upgrade.
That's a good question. I would think that you wouldn't have to if you didn't want to. But the computing power of the new M4 lineup is really fast and could make your workload move quicker. But, if you aren't having any issues with your current M1 pro, I would say save your money and wait until you need it.

That's great! I remember when I switched to my first Apple laptop, and I said the same things.
The bracelet expectation is pretty dumb.
I can't imagine how bad the carpel tunnel syndrome can be with that damn bracelet
I’ll make a video when that happens.

I love how quickly my battery chargers with the braided cord.
I miss my ✋🏻Boosh.
Ya the braided cord is really nice! And the Boosh might come back
I went from the M3 Pro 14" to the M4 Pro 16". It was a size thing, but a noticeable bump in performance as well.
That's awesome! The new chip is really something else.

I’m glad that you liked the video! Thank you for the kind words.
I upgraded from MacBook Pro 14 M3 Pro to MacBook Pro 14 M4 Pro, I'm extremely satisfied with the performance.
That’s awesome!
I love the brighter display and more ram!
It's really nice when working in a bright environment. And the ram makes the video editing I do super smooth.
I kinda miss my touch bar though I had totally no use for it ... 😢
I do too. I wish they would have put more effort into it.

I think it will be interesting to see if they keep the camera control button on the iPhone.

Good stuff! You will definitely see performance improvements.

2026 Apple is revamping the entire MBP lineup.
That’s going to be exciting. Hopefully they are touch screen hahah
