    Your channel has been a constant source of entertainment and knowledge over the last four years. Just so happy with the way the channel and your business has grown. Now that I’m starting a Local MSP and working on launch in next six months it gives me yet another reason to watch your videos. Thanks for the info! I just hope my small northern Indiana town is ready for me lol

    I've been researching RMM software this weekend and of course you would post a video about what you use. 😎

    Great video, but it seemd more to be like „click the link in the description otherwise no info here“ most of the video was mainly about the risks and the link, but not actual content…

    Liked the video of you testing ZFS to see how robust it is. Pulling the RAM out of a live system during a copy is priceless! ZFS took the hit! That's why I keep coming back. I value your information. I also test software limitations, not blowing systems up though. ;)

    Hey Tom, great vid. Re: Huntress, it works natively with Managing MS Defender for AV. With S1 in the mix, and no Defender, does that diminish the value you get using Huntress? Also, did you evaluate Crowdstrike when deciding on S1?

    • @LAWRENCESYSTEMS
      @LAWRENCESYSTEMS  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      We did not test Crowdstrike and S1 offers more features than if we used Defender so I don't really see the value diminished at this time.

    What was the major motivator for changing RMM? We have been a kaseya shop for 4+ years. As much I would like something with a nicer UI I feel the hassle of changing would outweigh the benefits.

    • @LAWRENCESYSTEMS

      We are doing more and more co-managed IT and NinjaOne has a better setup for that.

    What do you typically approve and or reject for windows / software patching as a general rule of thumb? I know that some clients are different.

    • @LAWRENCESYSTEMS
      @LAWRENCESYSTEMS  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Patch everything, rollback if something breaks. My staff handles the specifics of the patching.

    Tom, why did you go with FreshDesk instead of using the Ticketing System already integrated in NinjaOne RMM?

    • @LAWRENCESYSTEMS
      @LAWRENCESYSTEMS  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We were on FreshDesk prior to moving to NinajOne and have not tested if NInjaOne will handle things as well as FreshDesk.

    I have a site with a USG and a pfsense at another site. So you have a video on how to setup a site to site vpn from the USG to a pfsense box

      @@LAWRENCESYSTEMS May be a good idea for a video. Help make the move to pfsense. 😁

    • @LAWRENCESYSTEMS
      @LAWRENCESYSTEMS  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It can be done using IPSEC but mostly people just replace the USG because it can be buggy for setups like that.

    Thanks. How you deal with customers still running their company on win7 and don't want to upgrade ? Do you take the risk or just don't take them ?

    • @LAWRENCESYSTEMS

      We don't offer managed service to those companies.

    Do you think you''ll make an update on this in the future, I'm just a bit curious. currently running datto for RMM, I was also hoping you might make a video on tools like ITglue which we are currently running. Remember kids, document like you know nothing or your new intakes are gonna be scratching there heads.
