@402SHO I'm actually not sure what you would run without the upgraded intercooler and just running ethanol. The downside with the larger intercooler it can slow turbo spool slightly and lower overall boost pressure. It's not significant, but it's there slightly! I would be curious to see how you do on just a tune at the dragstrip! You'de blow ppl away. Hit me up on Instagram and let me know how it goes!

@402SHO check out my other video on my dyno numbers on 93, it's a considerable jump over stock! Then downpipes should net you some more. After that I would do an intercooler! I can't wait to see your videos! That's why I do this kinda testing! To save others money on their stuff, so they can get out and have some fun!
I'm sure it does! As the ethanol tune would utilize more boost they would maximize the stock turbos. I'm sure the downpipes would help the turbos spool up quicker!
This is pretty hectic! E85 is so hard to get in Ontario, Canada, I’m basically only left with a 93 tune. Have you managed to run the ST on the dyno with a 93 tune, no eth, after all the fixes ?
No I haven't, but that's a good idea! I also have the 93 on the DMS tune, so it could be different. I also have 94 with Ethanol out here from Chevron, but I understand you guys don't.
With any dyno run it will kick into only Normal mode and throw a hill assist once you complete your first run. If you only care about testing in normal mode, you won't have to worry about clearing the code. If you want to dyno test in any other mode like Sport or Tow for instance, then you'll have to clear the hill assist code after each run.
I do, but none of it will actually make power! The injectors went out to get cleaned so I'm on stock injectors. The mods I've done are fun for extra noise, but that's it. The intercooler will lower charge temps, but won't make extra power.

@SouthdownGarage were it say fuel it sensor kit I press yes that way it comes with the sensor correct? Other wise it so just be the hoses and mounting bracket?

Stock injectors making 500whp dang that’s pretty good. Everyone makes it seems like you need them to run the ethanol tunes.

I thought E50 was as much as stock fuel system could handle. Is E6O the new threshold?
Your right, this is an E50 tune. Adam at ZFG said it can handle anything from E40 to E60.
The data logging is also agreeing with that.

If doing just 91 tune with up to E30. Does it cause you to have to reset after each pull with DMS or is that just with the E60 tune?

How do you keep track of the ethanol content ?
I use the "E85 Blend" app. I also have an Ethanol sensor installed for not guessing

You can run e60 on a e50 right?
Yes, you can run between E40 to E60 on the E50 tune.
You'll get better results between E40 to E50
