Help! So I didn't see your warning NOT to remove the four larger 13mm bolts from the lower radiator support. I drilled out the rivets (2021 ST) and there were no 10mm bolts so I just took off the 13mms. Not sure how to fix this now.

that's a miserable time. might as well check the fuse block under the front passenger carpet as well. spray some silicone potting clear all over

So the limiter your talking about is there from the factory its called catalyst overtemp protection, its not about saving the motor its about not sending molten catalyst out the exhaust. Different ecus do this differently, most will lower torque request and add fuel, I haven't seen them pull throttle before but I also dont mess with fords so, its probably a method of torque intervention, you probably can see it add fuel and remove timing as well.

Might want to consider adding a boost tap, the under the MAP sensor style. Just to bring the map sensor up and out of the direct path of the meth flow. And\or remove your map sensor and flip it over and fill up the open circuitry with two part epoxy. You'll be lucky to make it a few thousand miles before it takes out the sensor. Just from my experience on my mk7.5

Ford Ecoboost 2.7, 3.0 and 3.5 all make huge gains with tunes. May 17 F-150 3.5 with a E50 tune is good for a 3.8 0-60.

I have a 2022 mav xlt. A few hrs ago a person in a f 150 sized truck pulled out in front of me as in was traveling along a U.S hwy. It was so close it would have shaved hair. I jerked the wheel while braking hard and then pulled back avoiding the guard rail that was only inches away on the other side. The mav handled like a champ. If the mav engine lasts, I'll buy another. I hope it does because it is awesome. It has everything that i want in a small truck. My 3 young kids even enjoy riding in it... at the same time. Haha

Judging by the frayed cable you need to replace that cable first then adjust

Tune this and tune that. Still ain’t beating no Hellcat Durango. 😂

Turn key on. Security flashes 5 times. When done flashing remove key. Wait at least seconds, insert next key. If no other keys and/or when done. Insert first key back in and start. Should fire right up. Will need to be performed every time the battery is fully dead or disconnected. This video he practically explains it’s possible to bypass the I mobilizer completely. Which removes future headaches. Both methods work
