That is a interesting idea. Was a Heavy Duty Tube not as good? Or was this just for the sake of saving some money?

Thanks, and the tube is a heavy duty. I just figured two ply of Rubber is better than one.

@advgourmet what if the rubber creates friction on the 2nd layer of tube? Any lubricant used or is that any concern?

@ADVzac was never a concern I would think the pressure would keep the outer tube in place
