I just clicked this video, just watched about 10 seconds of it, and I’m already hooked( pun not intended). In the first 10 seconds they already perfectly described the world on a daily basis and I’m loving it. Can’t wait for the rest.
I like to think that the main bosses other than voltai and topoda are each associated with one of the seven deadly sins. Camtscha being sloth for standing idly by while his kingdom wasted away from coral bleaching and gunk, magista being envious of her kingdoms beauty paling in comparison to the reefs and new carcinia. Roland being greed for cheating his way to the treasure and being the ceo of shellfish inc and exploiting his workers as a corrupt businessman, inkerton being lust for his bloodlust and desire for violence and embracing his position as a personal killer for Roland, pagrues being associated with gluttony for cannibalizing other crabs and feeding on anyone who dares cross the sands between even if they possess a banana which he is allergic to, praya dubia being a physical embodiment of the hatred and suffering of the polluted creatures of the sea and basically burning himself out during his second phase until he eventually dies making him wrath, and finally firth who selfishly stole the perfect whirl and coveting godlike powers to reap the benefits of saving carcinia from the economic influx even if it gets others hurt in the process making him an ideal pride
I wish there was a spot where you can redo the bosses but harder or whatever like hollow knight. It would probably be like the dream realm of hollow knight but with umami instead

Love how inkerton is literally a hunter from bloodborne. His head is shaped like the hunter hats, and he wields a shotgun, and a crab cracker thats very reminiscent of the saw cleaver. Best boss in the game easily.
Out of all the bosses nephro was the easiest for me bc you could easily abuse a bug where you go near him and just turn around and fight he will turn around aswell and not fight

@@laary7589 My only tip would be that, instead of parrying when an attack is going to hit you like in most games, here you need to parry at the exact moment they do the swing animation

He gives you one of the three parts for a treasure map, eventually you need to fight it to progress the story

I leveled up like 10 points of ATK first, then a few points in VIT and RES for some Stormaways and ATK again (caps at 30)
