Sundered + Hollow Knight, an interesting concept. The art style is eye-catching but the animations could improve, like the alchemist seems to have only two or three animated sprites for actions: iddle and jumping, why the flasks are just popping of his belt without him reaching and throwing them? I get the need of room for you to attack but some bosses attacks are sluggish, small or don't make a lot of sense with the design (like the final boss cross laser, he could be shooting 4 continuous beams from each orifice in his middle head and projectiles from the many holes on the top).
Do you have to kill the poor Orcus? He's even begging you to stay away. And The Font is one of the coolest battles, but is there actually any conceivable in-universe reason to trigger it. Like, do you just corrupt a perfectly good fountain because you got bored and wanted to fight something else?
I like how most bosses are quite...reasonable, you only need to beat their gimmick a few times instead of slogging through some huge health bar. Not the gimmicks though, those looks tough😅
Add a stop scene before the boss so the player doesn't rush in.... like a boss introduction. Because to be true at 3:18 the mini-boss with a beautiful environment but I didn't have time to enjoy it at all (That's a big downside) Maybe more different attacks so the player can't learn the mechanics straight away OR a different difficulty after beating the game and add more possibilities. The design is excellent. The sound is excellent. In this respect, it's a very good job.
I honestly feel bad for Ose the Archeologist. He seemed hella chill, only to turn into a slightly buffed version of the other time lost fella earlier on. Just as easy, just a wee bit stronger

If they just stop you from being able to move until the bosses name appears, the boss would actually be able to fight back. Even with that, they need to give them more health and have them attack faster. They could use some more attacks too. They look way too easy.

Ose - you need to find and talk to all talking stones and report that to Ose. He will ask what should he do next. You have to tell him to stay in the library. Next time you return to his spot, there will be a teleporter to Ose, who's now turned into a boss.
Game could really stand to take the boss roars from Hollow Knight, or something similar just to keep the player from running up and slapping the boss to death while its in its intro animation.
Seems like most of the bosses can be cheesed by just... attacking them. Feels like bosses should have like double or triple the health. A shame, considering how cool and dark the the art is for a lot of the bosses.
I see the Hollow Knigh inspiration but ... even if HK was a little too hard, that one barely gave a challenge or ask you to wait for more than 10 secounds (and 10 secounds of waiting is longer than what you think) and the animation is a little sloppy too. but hey, every thing can't be as great as HK so I'm gonna say it's ok, just not excelent.
That's the schtick. Either the player character is the cause of everything or there was no good ending after all. Have to wait for the DLC for the actual ending. Wishlist now, sheep!

The bosses need to be made way harder. Most couldnt kill me once. Only the first 2 are good in terms of dificullty

The devs have said on their discord that they are working on rebalancing the bosses. They are aware that they are too easy.
The art direction in this game is really cool.

Have you given Bio-Gun a shot? There's even an attachment/mod in the game called Critical that reduces you to one health as long as it's equipped.
The bosses are way too shallow moveset wise. too bad the game looks nice.
I've beat it....all enemies are as well, u can pogo like 90% of all enemies and not get hit in process lol
Seems like a good handful of these need rebalancing. They are so slow and have so little health you can DPS them to death before they can even move
