Good episode, minimal drama, no talk of divorce, no crippling budget over runs. Two creative minds coming together and creating their vision.

The new extension looks like the outside of school auditorium. The scale of it to the church is overwhelming.

All I can say is, wow. I have always loved stain glass. I love everything about this project.

The new construction dwarfs the church. They needed either a smaller house or a bigger church.

Really appreciating many of the comments. The church is dwarfed by the extension and it was a medium sized church. I am left by considering why people want so much space and bedrooms for each teenage child. In age of so much homelessness, there is something that doesn't sit quite right with this.

They built a brand new house with a small church offshoot. Not actually renovating and living in the church like other episodes. Might as well build somewhere else from scratch then.

I find it excessive, and the decor seems patchy, disconnected and impersonal, like a hotel. They really jammed a modern house inside the old building; they're not really living in the church.

No, I do not like the regular house peaking out of that gorgeous, stone façade.

the extension is a really ugly building.

This seems to perfectly encapsulate everything wrong with modern society. Respect to Andy for the business he has run to be able to dissolve that much money.

Interesting episode, big project, budget over million, smart and high-tech home and lady missing her teeth. Sorry, but I can`t not notice and understand that.

The extension is ugly...just ugly....it looks like the 90 and overwhelmed the old building architecture...its not a fusion it's a modern big ugly cube on top of the old majestic building..........even the interior isn't great honestly speaking...the fireplace ,that floating thingy, not my favorite transformation but loved their energy.

Epic fail...buy land and build the new house. That wasn't a renovation at all. Few minutes in and can't watch the rest.

Destroying a place of worship and history, messed up imo

What would you have done with it? I have no idea of what I'd do.

History? It’s only 100 years old!
