    Am 63, did these for a few days after watching another siimilar video and they work! ...noticed it made my face and skin look younger. Thanks! I also do one where I turn my face from side to side and stick my chin out and hold for few seconds.
    I love the way you keep it short and explain concisely and precisely. 5 mins per video with relevant "spot on" messages keeps one focused.

      A friend of mine has this problem but she doesn't have fat she's very skinny actually the problem is it's just look saggy and old but not fatty .
      She's hoping this will help her can you tell me what the situation was under your chin was it just saggy or fatty ...or both ?

    Thank you for the excersise.. it's working on me.. I do it, at least 3 to 4 times a weeks.. I can see the difference.. my friends noticed the change in me.. the double chin is reducing.. thank you

      Normandy F I don’t think so. I ve been doing it for a while now and don’t see my lips have more than I normally have. Let me tell U wrinkles in my lips aren’t my big problem. It is my turkey neck😅

    I've been doing these exercises for 2 weeks now and I've had, if not significant, than definitely noticeable results. I expext with a 12 week routine the results will be fantastic. The mouth "O" exercise seems tp be the most effective, also easiest to do while I'm walking the dogs or driving to work

    As a 43 year old who has always been in shape, I now have what is referred to as a "moon face" from many months of steroids for a life threatening infection. I gained weight in my face and abdomen and it's time to do some serious exercises to get rid of it. Doc's exercises have my neck sore already; no excuses, these can be done anywhere..(may have to explain some) but no excuses.

    I started these exercises as I was watching, really helpful and I can feel the tightening of my jaw muscles. I also felt my neck muscles at the back when while looking up to an extent where I felt a burn. Probably was extending a lot, and I'm gonna use this in my routine to exercise my face muscles. Your videos are the technically explained with a scientific approach and gives immediate results. Thanks for sharing.

      Not Danielle it's going great so far, I feel that jaw sticks out in the neutral position when I'm done with the workout. But I can definitely say that it adds a lot of definiton to my chin.thanks for asking btw.

    De mandell, your double chin exercises not only work my chin area but helps w/my neck problems. Thank you very much.
    I've noticed more chair exercises are appearing which is great for me. I'd suggest you show even more chair or standing exercises for the mid to lower regions of the body. Some of us can't get on the floor easily or afford to buy yoga mats.
    I love how you explain & show areas you're instructing us about; plus showing us how to do them. I love your attitude. I tell everyone to check out your videos. Thank you thank you thank you & God bless you.

    I got a lot of respect for this guy. I heard some time back that chewing gum isn't good. That by going so, you're preparing the stomach for food that doesn't arrive. This apparently contributes to (amongst other factors) a bloated stomach. I'm no expert so someonelse may prove me wrong. Much respect Dr Mendell😐

    If I'm not mistaken u'r the one whose post a videos about tmj? I had been suffering since my childhood, until I found your tips.
    Now I can eat anything even crunchy foods.. If I felt pains sometimes I just put tongue with the roof of the mouth then no.more pains and I'm not taking medicines too that I did before.. Thank u so much doc..and more success.! God bless u.

    Good shower exercises. The "o" exercise help counteract TMJ. I disagree with gum chewing. I've had good dentists in MN say gum chewing on a regular basis is not good.....I'm even wondering if it can prevent a hiatal hernia. I.had a hiatal hernia when 28 yrs old. I had 2-3 jobs, because of no benefits, I.even ran 2 1/2 miles a day even though I had suffered severe skeletal injury from being hit head on.by a sander truck. That hiatal hernia was so painful, I thought I was having a heart attack but couldn't afford to go to the ER. I saw a doctor, and was charged hundreds of dollars. He said nothing about my having an over- extended neck injury from being hit by a 20 ton truck. THAT was the main cause of the hiatal hernia at such a young age. Watch the video on how the medical Industry is ordered to treat people according to the ILLUMINATI agenda. Search: 1969 social engineering New World Order - you should find it. It's long, about 4 hrs. A medical doctor relays what he was told to do. This is FACT, not fiction!

      Years ago the woman who had played the BIONIC WOMAN , Lindsay something-or-other (I can't think of her name ) she had a book out on ACUPRESSURE for the FACE ... I and another friend used to do this and it really worked ;, but I stopped doing it because of shoulder pain when I needed surgery but I'm going to go back to doing it ...but you will definitely see results ; especially around the eyes if you do it . HOPEFULLY you can find it on the internet here or on TH-cam

      Jimmy Andro never use any sunscreen only use Cap or cotton cloth on face because all sunscreen have nothing only that make a layer on skin but after some time our skin pores. block and cells dies more fast.

    Not saying these don't work, but if you stay lean and lift weights your facial and neck muscles will incidentally show results. Much the same as you can't get a six pack without fat burning.

      Not necessarily, Clinton Fischer. I am lean and fit... I exercise regularly (run, lift weights, etc), and have all my life. I am 5’3” tall and weigh 118 pounds. But I am 54, and noticed about a year ago that my neck is sagging. From the side, especially, it makes me look old, though otherwise, people are always surprised to learn my age. My dad has the same saggy neck skin. It’s at least partially genetic. I’m all for trying these exercises - before I go in to have it surgically taken care of!
