    Hey just wanted to add that this ball is officially used in Japanese grade schools and high school as a game ball and has been around for years now. It’s not meant to replace the higher end FIBA balls. These are usually sold in batches in public schools.

      How many basketball balls do you play with

    • @EverythingBasketballs

      @@trelaynadaniels6743 I played with all the basketballs I have. But last year I only played with 17 to 18 balls. I’m in a process of doing a video on best basketballs I played with last year.

    Any early impressions on the model M? Is it different than the Spalding NBA ball?

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah. As for now, I think the old Spalding NBA game ball is better than the model m. The weight of the old Spalding is better and it just feels better in hand. Also the performance of the ball is better too.

    Great video, deep channels? feeling under the quality basketbballs,

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The channels are not deep. The depth about the same as Wilson nba game ball and the old Spalding nba game ball. I’ll double check for you to see if it’s the same as the molten gl7x

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I just checked with gl7x so basically all leather basketballs have sallow channel. I also noticed that the edge of the grooves are not nicely flush to the channels. I can run my fingers through and feel that tough edge. So this ball has low quality build.

    Nothing better than leather.

      a few will appreciate the leather ball quality. but most will prefer composite leather ball though.

    Even if it is the same model, each ball has a different weight due to production. Just buy same 5 balls for example and check the weight. It can be 580grams 600 grams and even 620 grams. You don't understand that weight differance while playing. Some balls feel lighter and some feel heavier just because it's bounce and touch. Please stop misleading people about this. Or just make a video and let people know the truth. Just buy or find 5-6 same model balls and check their weight and make a video. I think 10-20-30 and even 40 grams differance is coming from the amount of glue they use. Those balls are all handmade!

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  ปีที่แล้ว

      I’m not misleading anything. I’m just proving whatever information available, if I weight the ball and it’s light then I tell people it is light weight if it’s heavy then I tell people its heavy. If you think 40 grams in weight won’t make a difference then thats your opinion. But 40grams is definitely feel difference to me. It ain’t no way that people won’t feel the difference between 580g ball vs 620g ball. And if you want to buy the same 5 balls to prove the inconsistency of the manufacturer then go for it I would love to see that.
      I appreciate your input but don’t come over here saying I misleading people.

      @murattuncay2302 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@EverythingBasketballs people can watch your videos and think X brand ball is lighter than Y brand ball and go for it. That's what I call misleading. 40grams doesn't make any differance yes. If it does make any differance why some basketball leagues play with Molten bg4500? They play with 620grams molten ball or 580 grams molten ball and yes we measured soooo many molten bg4500 balls just to proove that statement. They do weight soooo differant! We also did this for Spalding TF 1000. Some balls are even 575 grams and some are 610 grams even more. So Euroleague thinks it makes differance? That's funny! Some ball brands bounce differant than other and also the grip and channels makes differance and you call it this ball is light and this ball is heavy. If it was like that all professional players shooting consistency would suck! They don't check the weight of the ball before the games. They just check the bounce and here you go :) go make challenge with proffesional basketball players make them shoot with balls and ask which one is lighter and heavier. Do it with same model balls. You will see that they won't understant shit :) I'm telling you because we tried that and I'm also a basketball player. So think about misleading again again and again :)

      @@murattuncay2302 You are stupid as shit ,40 grams is insane difference in weight.All Evos i played with are within 10 grams difference if even that.And every leather ball is in withing 5grams or less.You dont know what tf u talking about , and you are all trash at ball if you think 40g is not noticable difference , ask any real baller they will tell you right off the bat.My Evo and Molten are night and day difference and its only 20 grams , imagine thinking 40 is not noticable.

    To be honest with you rubber is the best basketball

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  ปีที่แล้ว

      I do like both the composite leather and full leather balls. Nowadays basketball companies added way too much rubber to the composite mix like over 80% rubber materials. But those balls don’t feel like rubber at ball.
