    This ball took me months to break in and is nice leathery and grippy now. It feels best after your hands are warmed up and a little but sweaty. For some reason when your hands are a lil sweaty the ball grips and feels way better. Great consistency for shooting and bounce once you get used to the feeling of the raised panels. In my opinion this ball helps me to shoot and handle other balls better.

    main reason I like molten balls is because of those yellow stripes on the ball, I just can't get enough of it, it looks so aesthetic

      @@EverythingBasketballs I own and collect and also play with all types exactly as you do too. And eventhough most won't play with a leather ball I feel it's no beating it of course after it's fully broken in which takes a while especially if it's only being dribbled or shot around with. And while most people trash leather balls the pros would rather play with it and in no high competition game will u ever see composite or micro fiber. Not saying ur trashing leather balls but if anyone see this I'd just say actually get one and fully break it in meaning the ball is smooth not grainy anymore and then decide. Either way no wrong choice. Great reviews keep up the good work also wislon just dropped the new official nba ball but they are sold out already will u do a review on one in future.

      What a load of tosh. This bg5000 is terrible. Its slippy, infact like glass with no feel of any leather. Maybe thats what leathers mean to be like but the cheaper bg4500 actually has a better feel. Mines is more than broken in now with near 100 hours on it. Really disappointed in this ball, avoid at all costs.

    • @EverythingBasketballs
      @EverythingBasketballs  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      depend on the type of leather. through my experience with most of the leather basketballs I have, they are typically take at least 8 months for me to feel like the ball is well broken in. some leather basketballs even take longer. but how much you play with the basketball is also determine how long the ball is broken in.
