Joining in with all the others to say I'm 63 - cut my teeth in step with Gin Miller's step and continue to move freely and easily. There's a reason you teach people the right way to do things. Longevity (at age 63) means a whole lot more. Thanks for all you do!

Whew thank you for the sweat fest. I've been working out with your videos for about 2-3 months, and I can see my body changing as well as my arms. My endurance has also improved and I'm not as tired and can keep up with you pretty good. Thanks for all your do! Can't wait to see what I look like in 6 months. Then a year.

It all starts with wanting to nourish our bodies from a place of acceptance and love and making choices aligned with that and that includes enjoying food!! ❤❤
I was so much fun visiting Strawberryland today and seeing my friend Rainbow Brite!!! Fast basic step always works up a sweat fast without taxing my brain. And the 80’s tunes??!! All week you have put together some unbelievable playlists! Thanks so much Chris ❤😊

I always love Saturday step and today was no exception - thank you Chris and Vanessa. I never ever use risers now because I am playing the long game having had one knee replacement. I make the cardio more intense when I need to by making the moves bigger, higher, faster. I dont run the risk of mis-stepping and causing injury to myself but I do get sweaty and have a great tme. Even though I am more of a 70's girl, I totally loved the 80s week. Thank you Chris.

I'm actually sad for you, Chris, that '80s week is over. It's so apparent that it was a special time for you. The effort that you put into the music and outfits is very sweet and your stories and show and tell are appreciated. Sharing your sticker book brought me back to my generation's paper dolls. We had to cut out the clothes and attach them to the "dolls' with little paper tabs that had to be folded around the back of the doll. They never stayed on well. It was a game changer when cling-on clothes were developed! Thanks for the memories. Oh, and love Fast Basic...even better with Vanessa!

I became a total step addict back when it got popular in the 90’s. I have already had one knee surgery l and will most likely need another in the future. I always used two step risers. My mindset was the higher the impact, the better. 🤷🏼♀️ Y’all listen to Chris! She is 100% right. Such a smarty pants, that girl. 🥰🥰🥰

I want to say YEAH! Thank you for saying or should I say thank you for somehow giving me the ok to not try to do advanced step on risers! I sometimes struggle to keep up but I am stubborn and think at 66 I should be able to keep up with my 32 year old self. Sometimes I can use risers but there are times when it just doesn’t workout and I feel like I’m not doing enough. Thank you for making the best workouts, Thank You for your reinforcement of being kind to yourself!
Terrific step-class today! I love all your classes, from basic to advanced, but I have to say, nothing beats a great fast basic--just love them! You get a great workout, even add a riser, listen to great music and banter between two great friends. Chris and Vanessa are the dynamic duo!

Thanks for all of the step tips. I used to see that person with 2-3 risers in step class, and it always made me feel like I had to step it up. But I always just stuck with one. Hopefully my knees thank me in future years.

I am someone who --not with step workouts necessarily-but I did exercises wrong for years and I was not building muscle in my legs but ruining my knees. I had arthritis so bad in my 40s and then knee replacement in both knees in my early 50s. I did not have good quad muscles (or any good lower body muscles) even tho I did squats and lunges and all kind of workouts for years but I did them wrong. I have never liked gyms so I have always worked out at home. Never have I had another video or TH-cam trainer that has been so diligent at making sure to show the CORRECT ways to do every move. Thanks Chris so much! You have helped me to be aware of staying out of my neck, keeping my back straight, making sure my knees don’t go over my toes……I am stronger and more body aware then ever. 💕💕😎💪🏻

Two months ago, a repeater 7 would knock my socks off and here I am now powering through 100! I also bought my first set of dumbbells a few weeks ago and I'm getting some strength training in my routine thanks to your advice. I keep having so much fun, which was not something I ever felt while exercising. Thank you for everything, Chris! Keep up the good work and never stop being you! Two months ago, a repeater 7 would knock my socks off and here I am now powering through 100! I also bought my first set of dumbbells a few weeks ago and I'm getting some strength training in my routine thanks to your advice. I keep having so much fun, which was not something I ever felt while exercising. Thank you for everything, Chris! Keep up the good work and never stop being you! I absolutely loved this workout! I’ve said before, Vanessa is my spirit animal lol and always says what I’m thinking: “it’s cool down time now right??” 😂 I was wishing those repeater knees were 80 for 80s week and not 100 but I got it done!😂🙌 Thank you Chris for another awesome 80s week, I loved it! Thanks Chris. Your advice is good. Also interesting to hear your comment that Step originally was taught with less choreo and slower which is what I remember when I started to Step in the 90s. Your classes are so interesting that even a fast basic keeps me interested…. So I keep coming back and I feel so good following your classes. Very very grateful… 👍
