Good evening Chandan Sir!
I am working as a Boiler Operator.
There was a problem with BFP, BFP suction pressure becomes zero sometimes due to which drum level reduces to zero.
A senior engg told about a situation that dearator o/l temp high hone pr water steam me convert ho jaata hai aur suction chod deta hai
BuT sir
Ye problem maine 120°c , 140°c and 150°c pr bhi face ki hai.
Design o/l temp of dearator is 150°c.
What is the actual problem sir? Why suction zero? Plzz reply

Sure dear if deaerator water temperature increased above saturation temperature this problem comes, so always try to maintain deaerator water temperature below saturation temperature.
