That’s insane how you can actually have a really fast internet speed and WI-FI in a place like this. I really want to go to Krabi after watching this video❤
Emerging countries have better internet on average because there is no legacy infrastructure in the way, so multiple generations of technology are leapfrogged for the latest and greatest. The worst connectivity I have ever experienced has been in the US, Australia, and Canada. Those three should be ashamed of the state of their internet coverage and speeds.
aahh.. watching your 30 min vlog is such a bliss.. i opened netflix.. then got notification that you have uploaded new vlog.. closed netflix! and opened yotube and watching your vlog on my 32 inch monitor.. treat to my eyes😍😍😍😍😍😍... plz never stop posting🤗🤗
Curries as street food are in Khao Gaeng stands - typically a place with lots of pots lined up, you open the lids to check inside and then you’ll be asked how many scoops of rice you want, you can have on 1 plate (cheaper) or rice on the plate and a choice of curries in little bowls. You’ll find this all over the south of Thailand
I'm loving this tour of Thailand..... the food, the accommodations, the activities, the vibe. It makes me want to get on a plane and go! Great job guys 🤗💞
Even if you're not a climber, you should try mountain climbing, a half day climb is more than enough. Railay is world renowned for it's mountain climbing and the climbing shops will cater to all types of skill levels. There's also a cool viewpoint climb that you can arrange that has an awesome view of the west beach (not to be confused with the treacherous viewpoint hike of the east beach/lagoon hike).
I used to stay in Krabi town, and take a boat down the river to come around the back side of Railay. Frankly Railay is well past its prime in terms of now it is just a resort enclave. Fine if thats what you are looking for. Used to be a bit more of a rustic place.
loved your vid. after hearing awesome things about this place i finally got to railey last year . it was way better than i expected esp when all the day trippers left. i stayed longer than i planned but i loved it
This is awesome! Ao Nang is almost our 2nd home, we have been there about 12 times now, and we are going back again next October. We have also been to Railay many times, I almost feel homesick when I see your videos....
17:19 The orange tint in Pad Thai typically comes from fresh red chili in the sauce, or sometimes from shrimp tomalley, which is the fat from the shrimp heads. Sometimes Pad Thai appears brown due to the caramelisation of palm sugar. :)
Railey, Koh Phi Phi and Koh Lipe are some of the best islands in Thailand. Railey is still on the mainland but only accessible by boat due to the tall limestone cliffs getting in the way. The entire Krabi Province is my favourite area of Thailand - Koh Lipe is in Satun Province on the border with Malaysia
That internet connection is better than my speed here in NYC. The hotel pool looks amazing. I bet the rooms with pool access right off the balcony must cost a bit more. Great vlog guys.
Long time since I've been to Thailand, looks too busy and spoilt now, Phi Phi 30 years ago was a special paradise, look forward to seeing it soon and your thoughts ♥️
Have you ever tried taking a ship from Bangkok to Samui Island? This ship initially docked between Sattahiep near Pattaya and Samui Island, but now it docks between Bangkok and Samui. I am going to try this route this coming October. It's a good route to film for TH-camrs! This ship's name is The Blue Dolphin, and it is run by a company called "Sea Horse."
You should of walked up to the the right hand side of the cave beach to the actual big cave. It's a bit of a climb but it's epic and there is a bunch Gibbons up there too who are so cute. The phallic symbols represent the rock formations coming out of the water found along that coast too.
Awesome channel ! Great content! 😍👍 Enjoyed watching all with advertisements👍🏻 😎😎😎 New subsciber here and waiting forward ! Greetings from Istanbul Turkey 🇹🇷💛🤗🙋
Hi I've just come across your channel 🫶 I love how you fill your content with your adventures but lots of useful info for traveller's. I'm planning to go to Krabi later this year so I'll definitely be taking some of your tips! P.s yes Coffee Club is Australian but honestly I'd be hard pressed to find one here they keep closing down 😮 Interesting they probably have more branches overseas
Nice vdo , I actually love krabi but in my memory 20 years ago it more quiet and peace and fresh nature ... now it's too crowd too much people that make me feels .. uhm i think food poisoning can do nothing to you 2 I think you have immune to fight it haha
God i remember when I went to Railay and my hotel told me there are boats back all the time but when I actually tried to go back to catch my flight there was literally no boat leaving for 2 hours. Had to end up renting a private boat for 500thb to get back in time :*
Bit jealous. Was in Railay in Feb for valentines with my wife. we did a month travelling. Not sure if i've watched you guys go to samui, so not sure if you's have been, But Koh Samui is brilliant. Have fun.
Hey, the food poisoning is highly likely due to the very hot weather this time of year in Thailand. It’s harder to manage the spoiling of food - not related to restaurants being on an island.
food poisoning: I have been there for many, many weeks with children. I know almost all restaurants and had no food poisoning. you guys missed the cave and lagoon! finally I also do not recommend visiting it in high season because it is too crowded.
Funny thing, I got food poisoning in Railay about 8 years ago and never thought too much about it... Never bothered checking reviews before but I certainly will now!
I was their a month ago and it was very disappointing their where jelly fish everywhere and where washing up on the beach with the high tide, very few people dared getting the sea.I did for about 10 minutes and got stung.
The legit “orange” pad Thai’s orange color comes from the fat from the head of the prawns, it would also cost more than the regular pad Thai. We don’t put ketchup in pad Thai.
You missed out on the biggest festival in the world in Thailand. Top 10 countries with the fastest internet in the world 2023 Number 1 - Singapore (254.65Mbps) 2nd place - Hong Kong (243.59Mbps) Number 3 - Chile (240.43Mbps) 4th place - United Arab Emirates (240.25Mbps) Number 5 - Thailand (212.68Mbps) Number 6 - United States (210.40Mbps) Number 7 - China (200.53Mbps) Number 8 - Denmark (199.50Mbps) 9th - Spain (176.74Mbps) Number 10 - Iceland (173.45Mbps)
I had food poisoning just prior to going to Railay in March of 2024. We spent two nights at a very nice and expensive hotel on Koh Samui. That travel day was interesting!!!! When we arrived to our hotel we saw them unloading a boat of raw meat, it was laying out on the ground in the heat, no refrigeration. I only had egg fried rice and banana pancakes for two days. Railay had a lot of garbage and there was a horrible sewage smell this time. I would recommend going early and take the last boat back, don’t stay the night.
Sometimes it may NOT be true food poisoning but rather different bacteria in foods that your body is not familiar or used to. Just saying Make sure the food is cooked well.
Breezy clothing and aircon, haha! Make sure to stay hydrated! 👀 We didn’t get unwell at all, so just if something looks questionable - don’t eat it! If something looks like it’s been out for a while in the heat, don’t eat it - careful with meats (whenever we are a bit concerned we tend to eat more simple noodle dishes!) 🙏🏼😍
@@2Passports1Dream no, sorry 😂 But you love it - wear it! You both inspired me a lot on going backpacking solo. Your vlogs are so helpful and I also looove Thailand. I've been there 6 times so far and will always come back 😁
Thai food is amazing best in the world..I nearly died from food poisoning there from imported German cucumber!!...it's luck of the draw...same as anywhere!

We loved Phra Nang beach. Totally beautiful
Gorgeous 😍
Yep it’s about 100-150 baht for the Railay Beach and you book right at the beach! Hang on to the tuk tuk! It’s a wild ride!

It makes a lot of sense!
Great ep guys !! .... I must make it there soon ..... !!! :)
Definitely!! 😍
Don’t forget that it’s Songkhran period. So it’s more crowded than usually.
Stayed in that hotel few years ago, with the pool access room. Spent every night in Bang Bang bar at the side great host
Sounds awesome 😍😍

That’s a decent breakfast your both eating 🍽️
Hotels , rooms or residence in Thailand often post pictures on the internet that are true.😊
Fantastic video..
Thank you!

Not yet!! We have a few more countries before we post Ph content ☺️
You can download an area map in Google so even offline, you have directions. Enjoy Railay!

We have Coffee Club in New Zealand too. They are awesome

The legit “orange” pad Thai’s orange color comes from the fat from the head of the prawns, it would also cost more than the regular pad Thai. We don’t put ketchup in pad Thai.
In some countries (in Europe) they don’t make it properly and use ketchup sometimes… 🥹
you guys missed the hong island 😢,and did yall check the view point?
We didn’t this time around!
Kam Kim kaaaaaaaa😊
we stayed at Avatar 7 years ago . great place . got a video of 2 monkeys being VERY friendly. maybe they had visited the cave . 😆
Hahahah oh my goodness 😂
Great watch guys, sooo love railay beach. We have visited a few times. Try moms kitchen for very tasty affordable food, we loved it 😊
Thank you 😍😍
I wonder if you could've caught a boat to Railay East as a short cut
You’re not allowed to take boats there anymore!
I think if pad Thai is orange/pink they’ve used shrimp paste like they do in Thipsamai I’m not sure though tbh.
Sometimes they literally use sriracha and it also makes it orange 🥹😅
For authentic traditional Padthai 's souce actually made from tamarind... so real padthai is suppose to have brown colours....
23:38 I thought you said «My butt burned» 😂😂
HAHAH omg 😂
เที่ยวให้สนุกมากๆนะครับ
Thank you 🙏🏼

Unfortunately we were in Thailand in February, we would have done Songkran if we were here hehe!
Out of everywhere I travelled in Thailand I thought railay and koh Tao were by far the most overrated . Lipe and Lanta are far superior
Getting old, was last in Krabi in 1998!
Time for a revisit? 😍
❤
Intense yeah, you gays see Van Boys they're going like same time 😅
We don’t know who they are! 🥹
Did you see many solo travellers on these beaches? Seems like a lads' holiday or couples destination?
It’s hard to tell - it didn’t seem too “lads holiday” or couples up. A lot of various families and I’m sure there were also solo travellers!
I had food poisoning just prior to going to Railay in March of 2024. We spent two nights at a very nice and expensive hotel on Koh Samui. That travel day was interesting!!!!

Oh that sounds super intense!! A bit of a different experience to ours 😅 luckily no food poisoning!
@@2Passports1Dream we went for the day in November of 2022, not as many people. We were excited to go back and stay in a hotel.
The other side of Railey is a nicer beach
We went there in this video 😍😍

Yes 😍😍

We are probably not saying it right 😂
Are you guys currently in Phuket ! ? My family and I live here now rawai area. How long will you be here. Fun videos ☺️
We aren’t in Phuket now although we will have an upcoming video from Phuket!! 😍😍😍 we’ve already left Thailand! ❤️
