Robots are much more affordable long term because they don't demand a wage and have lost maintenance costs than the wage. So robots are way more scalable, you can have more than enough robots. Additionally, robots are ownable assets so you can sell them to recover its value, unlike a human worker

I hope that machine didn’t cost a lot of money, because it’s complete garbage, a human could have made three omelets in the time it took to make one and what’s the point if a human has to manually crack the eggs and also add the ingredients, not to mention that was the ugliest omelette iv’e ever seen.
How Long is the line? I have worked omelette stations many times. If I did it that slow, I’d need a new job.
I hope you at least would wash the spatula once in a while.
