The 33 pattern Case is popular as a three blade in recent decades but I think in the older days a two blade version was more common.

I think that camel zippo was when camel cigarettes had camel bucks I had one like that in the early 90s

My God father was a jewler and he would steam out rings and necklaces to clean them, why would it not work on knives?

You can always engrave another pattern over the lighter, it will cover the original name aspect, usually a very fine diamond pattern does the trick
