If senior equity is getting 12% on the money they loaned isn't that more debt or are they getting 12% of the proceeds from a sale?

Can you please make a video on recaps? Types and how they work?

Can you go over what types of participants fund large deals within the capital stack? Such as Private equity funds, insurance companies etc. And types of deals these participants like to get involved with as I'm starting to understand some like a longer position and some like to be in and out.

Is there a management software that automates organizing the Financing Strategy? Something that could organize the Capital Stack, Waterfall, and map out the exit strategies? Love the vids you’re really killing it!

Great to hear you're enjoying the videos! Some investor management software platforms like Juniper Square will do this. Most firms are pretty reliant upon Excel to put all of this together with potential exit strategies, but Juniper Square has a lot of helpful capabilities and is worth looking into.

I would love to listen to these but if you use the word "actually" one more time I'm going insane. Also, you don't need to start every sentence with "So". Enough.
