Real Estate PE is so underrated. When I tell people this is what I want to do theyre like "So you want to be a realtor? You dont need to go to college for that!". Regular IB and PE seems so oversaturated Real Estate seems like such a good opportunity to make real investment decisions and deliver good returns for investors and it gives an opportunity to do deals by yourself. Or raise money from friends.
Great interview! Really thoughtful questions and answers. I loved how he always drew the line between Resi and CRE, cause you cant paint both with the same brush and his thoughts on the need to develop more - not a conventional opinion.
What an insightful conversation! It's inspiring to hear about Ojima's journey from engineering to finance, showcasing the diverse paths one can take in the industry. The PE Investing Certificate Program sounds like a fantastic opportunity for those looking to delve deeper into private equity. 💼🌟
As a Developer, it’s so interesting to hear from the LP side on how they underwriting the deal. Thanks for the interview!
Another banger! Following your lead Ben
Excellent interview! Very informative
Great podcasts, as always !!!
Looking forward to watching later. Thx Ben!
Love these podcasts!!!
Yea, no definitely! hehe 👉👈
Great podcast 😊 Do you plan to create a video about methods for analyzing companies from an IB or PE perspective?
Congratulation
What day and time are these released weekly?
