    great video...i have a four unit and a two unit looking in purchasing another four unit...with the collateral on my four unit...not sure what bank would be the best...the property is in wv

      Local banks that know the market will generally be most helpful for smaller deals like this - you may want to check those out first. Good luck!

    I have a question: are there any legal requirements or guidelines for bank appraisers to follow when they appraise a property for a loan? Are there any procedures prescribed by law that each bank must follow?

      In the US, the appraisal must adhere to USPAP standards, and licensed/certified appraisers must keep abreast of any changes in USPAP as they continue their education for license renewal.

    A broker sends me comps of a like space 100% occupied...
    Doesn't income matter when determining comps in commercial?
    I think this broker tried to pull a fast one..
