Ren did not "have" The Big Push. The Big Push was not Ren's band. This was a group of extremely talented musicians who banded together and have given a lot of people a lot of joy. Ren was a member of that band. The best busking band the world never knew.
This is one of the best on the street live performances I've ever seen. There's a couple videos of other tracks from this performance. Man how special it would've been to be there!
Honestly, I'd love to see The Big Push about as much as I would love to see Ren alone, perform. They're all so brilliant and they just gel together as musicians 🥰
The Big Push are greater than the sum of their parts, which is really saying something considering how insanely awesome they are individually! Together they are like one musical organism with one mind, one soul, one intention.
Me thinks someone was in a silly mood filming this reaction 😂 But if you weren’t already, how could this not cheer anyone up? I don’t even really like reggae but I would still have loved to be there. There’s just something magical about these guys together. It’s so clear that they’re foremost friends who came together through a shared love of music and when they share that love with other people, the energy is just contagious. Plus it’s always lovely to see Ren happy when you know even a little bit about his struggles. Especially when out on the street like this and doing what he loves. He truly comes alive when performing ❤
I was 20 in 1986. 😅 And I had so much fun. 🥳 Great music 🎶 great people and the world was a better place. No cellphones, laptops or stress. And I was a great dancer too. So much going on and so much peace and love. I'm glad I was a part of that time line. 👍 🇳🇴
@@SaeedReacts. I wish. It's funny because in my head I'm still that innocent 😇😜 20 year old girl. With all my memories intact. I had such a great time and I wish I could turn the time back and do some things different, like being a multi millionaire 😂 I had to much going on at that time so I dropped out of school. Being busy with my family and hobbies. But went back to school later. But dancing was my first priority and still is. And computer's (web master) A huge contrast. I remember my first Casio watch ⌚ with all those buttons and lights. I also collected stamps. Still do. Coins too. Much is from before Hitlers war. 👍 Yeah I really miss the 70th and the 80th. Great timeless music was produced back then. 👍 🇳🇴
Love this one. You should watch the other videos with Ren in the red suspenders, War Pigs and Paint it Black, and Watch Out which is one of their songs. Thanks Saeed (and Pete) 💜
About the inspiration from Ren... In one interview he said he always had just small windows of time when he was physically and mentally able to do his music, so he wanted always to make the most of them because there's no guarantee that such a window would come again... Kinda broke me, this comment he made. I mean, here I am with my health in order, just wasting so much time, when the truth of the matter is - nobody can guarantee I'm gonna wake up tomorrow... Dang.
I have definitely been guilty of taking my health for granted in the past. And also had a few wake up calls. Ren is a huge inspiration for many people just leading by example. Lets make the most of the time we got left, my friend!
The energy 💥 These guys together! Magic happens! Oh to go to a reunion would be phenomenal! Ren is totally an inspiration! And Romain and Gorran are such cool dudes and talented. I don’t know much about the drummer. I’m sure Pete does and other Big Push fans. Thanks for the reaction, Saeed. 😊
I agree, Romain and Gorran are awesome. They really communicate with their fans. All are such down to earth guys. Except for that Icurus, he can sometimes be a bit much lol. Awesome reaction Saeed.
Great to see you react to this one 👏 👍. All of Rens music is amazing, but this is my absolute favorite performance. He's flawless, never drops a note and the vocal gymnastics .. incredible 😲 he's played and practiced this a lot. The camera shots are fab too. Big Push were so great ❤.love to them all 🥰
This is probably my favorite TBP/Ren song , right after, The Tales of Jenny/Screech. It was a jaw dropping moment for me when I first saw the movie video.
Definitely one of my favorites of their busking videos!! It's almost impossible to not get chills the second Ren opens his mouth!! The Big Push very quickly became my new favorite band! The reason they are so good is because the band is made up of 4 amazingly talented people who are amazing musicians on their own, but u put them together, and u get absolute greatness!!
Brighton is special because you don't need a license to busk. The city council expressly welcomes musicians to busk in the district. Had to look that up myself. There's even a YT video about 'Busking in Brighton' that shows some of the places Ren and The Big Push played at.
These guys are so amazing! The way they all perform together so well and share roles in the band is just amazing and not often seen. Love this performance so much! Another great reaction Saeed 💜💜
I just had a puff. Sat down. Turned on yt and there you were. There are other great tunes from this session. Can't wait. ren is an Ozzy machine. Cheers.
I love the fact they put a snippet of a 4th song in here. Dj Luck & MC Neat - A Little Bit Of Luck FYI. There is a nearly 2hr video of their final concert at The Brighton Dome in Sept 2022, albeit cell phone footage. Just search 'The Big Push, 9th Sept 2022, Brighton Dome'
I really like this performance but I LOVE the Warpigs cover they played later on that set. This was a free gig that I feel I need to pay for just watching it on TH-cam 😅 Have great Easter Holidays Saeed ❤❤❤
Yes, I think he keeps himself fit to help keep the pain down with his Lyme Disease I think it effects. The joints. I know you have to for arthritis I knew he is on a very strict diet I think he can only eat 5-7 things ... because of food allergies due because of his Lyme disease damage I know on the Year Review Interview video that he did for his members … He was hoping one day soon to get fat … and have a regular diet again, I hope he is granted that wish ... must be rough on him ,,,,. Always loved these street performances
There is a MAGNIFICENT music video of their times together as a band that shows footage of the last concert given by the Big Push in Brighton not long before Ren went to Canada for his treatments. I strongly suggest reacting to "Dignity". It isn't live but ITS GREAT! Truly underrated IMHO.

You never know which Saeed is going to show up 😅. Definitely agree on the magical part. The chemistry is off the charts!
Thanks Saeed! This was my introduction to Ren. I plunged head first into the rabbit hole last July and never looked back. 😎☮️
This was epic! Thanks for watching.
Oh, to have been there that day!
That must have been amazing.
