  • Kelly takes us along on for a day of streamer fishing on Rio Yelcho. A few good fish came to the fly but didn't get stuck. Despite a tough day on the water, Kelly delivers some outstanding advice along with a few great stories. Hope you enjoy.

Ya know Kelly, it’s like sitting with an old friend listening to you talk about fishing and life.
I never had that before and I am like a sponge when you talk. I will never get to the places that you have been but fish are fish and they act the same. Thanks for all your content and your amazing crew. Y’all stay safe and warm😉👍

It was great to see the distance you are fishing. Looks like 20-30 feet.

Nice casual day throwing streamers while looking at some magnificent scenery . I remember fishing in Alaska out of a sled going into some rapids and the guide was on the oars and didn’t see the big rock sticking up because the motor blocked his vision just for that second and man the motor hit that rock and we all flew to the front and my wife almost died hitting the motor, its the only thing that kept her from flying out of the boat . I could see Jonny breaking limbs off of trees , Alley Oop , oop , oop , oop , oop . Thanks for taking us along.

How does the Jon boat row in comparison to a Drift boat? When you anchor how much weight are you using?

I hope you tipped that guide well. Pulling oars in those motor boats is a work out! Kelly, what’s your strat on single hook only waters? Articulate or no? If so? Just a front hook?

Seems to me like you are pulling it out of their mouths.....near the surface you have to let them take it....
