How to block websites using Pi-Hole

I have used Pi-Hole to block Instagram and Tik-Tok using the blacklist functionality.
The code I use to enhance the blacklist function is;
^.+(anywebsite.com).*S

Your sound is off, only plays on the left, just go to windows advanced sound settings and change channels to 1 channel, and go to properties on OBS of mic and select Mono on input

not working 4 me
i am using external ubunto server
i updated the dhcp sitting in the router with the pi hole server ip
still can't block websites
