No the game was just extremely unbalanced. Full Moon Operations had the threat of soft-locking you if you were underleveled since you can't grind and come back, so the full moon bosses were all intentionally weaker than they should've been. They just made them TOO MUCH weaker, which turned every Strega encounter into a joke. That's the reason why the Tartarus floor bosses are generally considered harder than Full Moon Operation bosses, because you can't get softlocked on them.@@shury4260
I mean Strega’s personas aren’t naturally awakened and I’m pretty sure they even say something along the lines of “naturally awakened personas are more powerful then ones that aren’t” so it would make sense why Strega would be weak but I guess they did buff them

The subtle tweaks to the endgame boss fights make Reload worth it. Wish they gave Elizabeth the same treatment. Oh those level 99 angels you love so much let me just one shot u.
I had to deal with this with a full party, since I gave them all null equipment. Also, calling my team cowards is gold coming from the asshole with no weaknesses. ALSO, if you're alone, just use a Persona with no weaknesses (use Skill Cards) and buy that accessory from Club Escapade that nulls all ailments so you don't have to deal with the confusion.
