- Welcome to an episode of NATURE CUZZO, I've been wanting to go crabbing for SO LONG and the day is finally here. I had my hopes up to catch more, but that Houston Heat started kicking my behind, lol. NO EXCUSES! So I caught enough for me to eat. Loved the video. You're supposed to thread the needle with the sinker through the Chicken and throw the sinker end in the water. The Sinker lets the Chicken sink to the bottom so the Crabs can get it.
I was fixin to say the same thing lol. Keep a tight chicken 🐔 line cuzzo.

Just a tip I would be careful in that area years ago there was pits and they dumped a large amount of toxic waste in the south san jacinto river and well it’s in the surrounding waters too

Hey Cuzzo...just a friendly tip. If you gonna keep them on ice, dont open the bag. They will drown and die, eating dead crabs is no good...unless you killing them...if that makes sense lol. I usually have a towel the I'll wet up in the water, ringe it out and place ontop of them, it keeps them calm and dormant till they ready for the pot. If you gonna cook them the next day, leave them in the fridge over night....dont freeze them. The meat gets tough. Freezing puts them in a dormant state. I crab alot and have had loads of experience people tell me what im advising you. Never had an issue with the crabs I've caught. Have fun and stay safe!!
