Thank you for the review details. Do you know how to active app launching from an other app such as teams launchs outlook because the OS blocks the opening and it is frustrating
Go into App Info of outlook and go to battery usage and allow it there by choosing manual instead of automatic for all 3 options

You have to download it for the chinese model.

Stability is good. I never used a third party launcher as I did not feel to need it.

There is no desktop mode but you can share your screen via USB-C cable.

Is there an option to hide the notch similar to MIUI? Basically turning the top row status bar black with the notifications and FFcam being integrated.

@@mombility1 Not directly in this one. But there is a homescreen space switch which will catapult you in a way more modern UI that has this feature.

I live in France and I want to but this phone but I want original application not Google alternative, and it seems like I can install french language with more local 2 (not fully translated but it's not a problem). Thank you for your reply
@@SukhoiFlankerYes there is a difference. Bands shouldn't be an issue. At least it wasn't for me. But Google Assistant and Android Auto are not working ootb. You can get Google Assistant running manually (but not listening to 'OK Google') but not Android Auto. There is also an issue with Google Wear.
Major difference are way more Nubia/ZTE native applications like Gallery, Gaming Mode and some others.

P60 Pro is twice as expensive. Basically better in telezoom and ultrawide cameras. Nubia has a faster processor.

Yeah and yeah.
What about Android auto, Google pay wallet nfc, call recording inside Software and Google play protect?
Everything working besides Android Auto and Google Wear

Resizable windows and force desktop mode is there in developer options. There is no default desktop mode.
Themes and wallpapers cannot be downloaded unless you are in China as it requires a zte account and that account only registers and works with a Chinese mobile number

8-9h probably. I never measured really.

Yeah when you switch from the classic home screen to the more modern one.

can you change the back gesture?
I really don't like the default android side swipe to back, I prefer the Samsung and OnePlus implementation.
What is it you actually want. Samsung and OnePlus have the same swipe gestures.
@@lltechview yes and no, samsung has another style of gesture on top of them where you swipe from the bottom for the back, home screen and recent apps just doing so in the middle bottom, right bottom and left bottom. Similar to MYOS for launching notifications or system toggles from the top
Oppo used to have this as well but oppo removed it sadly.
@@nemure Yeah not sure. I think even Samsung tried to get rid of it. I have my doubts we will see it any time soon on other devices.
Bro, when we want to do customization like AOD, Theme etc, we can get more by download it in theme, but its need to be signed in. How can i sign in? Bcs we cant sign up

You can encrypt photos which will delete it from the gallery and put it in a safe folder.
Z50s pro vs OnePlus 11 camera selfie 🤳 and main camera witch one is better in your opinion
I did not try out the OnePlus 11 yet. For sure the OnePlus has a slight edge when it comes to the front cam as it supports stabilisation.

The app duplicator doesn't appear on the MyOS 13 for Axon 40 Ultra. Weird.
Maybe its only for the chinese market and not available on the global version. The Game Center is also missing there.

Yes. They call it "charge spearation" in battery settings.
Does the phone shows other languages inside apps like message comments, does Google keyboard works in other languages (German, Spanish, french, japanese, arabic , indian , thia , Tagalog)
Google keyboard works. Other apps might work aslong as they support your language

@lltechview Hi, VoWiFi calls don't work, it is activated in the menu options, my provider activated them on my line along with VoLTE, I can do VoLTE calls, but not VoWiFi, I used this same SIM in my previous OnePlus 8t without any problem, I have the global version, can you make VoWiFi calls?

I don't remember the name but its the Xiaomi IR Blaster app from playstore

That's only available on chinese variants

Yes. Currently its hard to tell. In terms of features MyOS, Origin OS and HyperOS are on top.
Fluidity I like them also but think that HarmonyOS is a bit more polished here

@@lltechview Hi! Thanks for the APKs! The both APK were able to be installed. The GameSpace works well, but without the overlay. The Gallery app was inaccessible as it lacks of Storage permission.

can you fit a 67mm filter on that back camera?
Yeah it would fit. However you can not screw it there directly. Need some special case or clam or something to hold the filter in place.
lol because i have 67mm diffusion filter that can screw on , i do have a filter holder adapter for smartphone from moment but not sure if it will reach middle camera s@@lltechview

I have the global version with global rom, which means I can not change the font or get another themes... any possible solution? Does anybody know where to get the apk for the global theme store? I ony found the chinese versions... I'd like to have another font instead the default one. Thanks!

Not in this home screen setup that it is using by default. However it offers a home space switch option with a completely new UI that offers that.
Where to find this option?
Can anyone tell me if the Z50s pro has the smart side menu? I'm looking all over but can't find it. It was extremely useful on my Red Magic 6 to open messaging apps in pop-up Windows while using other apps.

Yes it works just lock the app and remove battery saver for WhatsApp I am currently using it

I only have the chinese version. Afaik there is no global version so not sure what they are flashing there.

Yeah if you configure the app not be closed in the background they arrive like they should for me.
My Redmagic 8 pro has extreme battery optimization, one I leave the app the OS put the app in hibernate mode and that causes a notification delay.. To fix this remove the app from battery optimization and enable self-start management then the notification will receive right on time.
But by Nubia doing this the battery life is amazingly good tho.. I unplug my charger at 6.15am and at 7pm my battery life at 54-52%. my old phone couldn't reach that long

i think im gonna send mine back an get my money back. as is the zte norm thing to do you cant save slow motion videos at all. you can move the sliders everywhere the option to save it does NOT show up! so a 5 second video now turns into 44 seconds slow motion start to finish.. thats really bad. using ultrawide camera in timelapse at 4k 30 is grainy beyond repair an muddled, there is also a flash of light that happens every couple of seconds while recording an the video itself looks like 960p instead of 4k 30.80mm at using night mode or pro mode (2.2x zoom) is never in focus its bad. i have to manually put it at 1.9xx zoom for it to be in focus which defeats the purpose of 80mm pics .... it also has 2 starry night modes which makes no sense.. one is in night mode options the other in camera family. an night mode video is 1080p 30 fps .... an its awful... just awful.....

@@markshumaker4135 Too bad. ZTE only puts Google Photos in their global variants. The chinese variant has their own gallery app which handles that way better. Google Photos is bad when it comes to such things.
@@lltechview I asked a couple of other reviewers to check to see if theirs is the same way and two of them so far said yes it's happening to them also something they never really looked at. And that also is with the time lapse video add using the 80 mm at night
