Thank you for the very informative videos! Could you make a video about your company and how you personally got into tea as well as your professional training/education in tea? Thanks again!
thank you so much for watching! If you like this video about matcha lattes, you may enjoy this one all about matcha: th-cam.com/video/dgldbbjscEs/w-d-xo.html
Cool vid, I don't doubt your knowledge, however, you really need to start making your videos more linear, you're constantly jumping between different points in time and it's really confusing... keep up the hard work! :D
How I usually prepare my iced Matcha latte is simply scoop out the ceremonial grade matcha powder using a wooden spoon 🥄 then use my Chasen wisk to mix the matcha and hot water together, then I add honey instead of sugar, I get my soy milk and incorporate my matcha mix with ice
you can make up the matcha tea and pour it into an ice cube tray and then put it in the freezer. By the way, if you are interested in trying some of our teas we have our summer sales going on now: nioteas.com/
We come from China's matcha base and have been specializing in matcha production for 30 years. Our matcha has been certified by European and American standards, and we offer affordable prices and excellent quality. I think we can cooperate!
Okay! But more than 80% of Japanese matcha is imported from China. Are you sure that the matcha you use is local to Japan? Moreover, the production process of matcha in China is not inferior to Japan, and the quality of matcha in China is not inferior to Japan. China only uses green tea powder as matcha because it is cheaper! I think you can try Chinese matcha, maybe I can also send you a sample to see how good the quality of Chinese matcha is!@@Nioteas
I use lactose free cow’s milk and put it in a milk frother before adding it to the matcha. I do not warm it. It makes it so fluffy and full flavored. Also add some vanilla flavored sugar free creamer. I sweeten with natural sweetener xylitol. Absolutely delicious.
@@i.1213 well i was quite upset about it at first as i thought it was some sort of vegan propaganda, but turns out normal milk really does inhibit the absorption of antioxidants in both coffee and matcha, that’s why they’re promoting it here.
i love the emphasis on not watering down the drink.. mindblowing how most people simply dont seem to care.
thank you.
thank you so much for this!
Matcha icecubes. Genius 🎉
Yes! And it really doesn't take much to make them. You can just pour some matcha into an ice cube tray and let it freeze overnight

point taken, I think the next round of videos we do will be more linear
Because my pre diabetes I have gotten to love drinks with out any sugar or substitutes
Tea is a perfect drink for that!
Looks delicious
It is! Have you tried any of our teas yet?
Does the temperature of the warm water matter when making the paste?
I use warm water because it mixes in easier for some reason
Don’t use boiling hot water or it’ll burn and taste bitter
I enjoy your video so much thank you 🙏🏻
Im so glad you like the videos!
Is it true that most cafes in Japan use regular milk instead of a plant based one?
Merci beaucoup pour les instructions
merci!

My mind was blown 😮with the idea of ice cubes. I’m confused how to make the matcha tea for the ice cubes. May you clarify.

No thank you! We have farmers we work with directly in Japan

@@jipeng-ee9fy all the farmers we buy matcha from we have met with in person, so yes we are sure.
The health benefits of using whole milk can’t be replaced by plant based products.
okay
How much matcha should i put
you can use 1-2 grams of matcha which would be about a teaspoon
I will use honey 🍯
try it! By the way, if you are interested in trying some of our teas we have our summer sales going on now: nioteas.com/
but why not milk milk?
it impacts the absorption of the antioxidants, also the flavor is not great
Because today they’re promoting the vegan diet, but I’m sure it tastes definitely delicious with normal milk…

@@youngwomanlily oh… I didn’t know it. Thanks for sharing
Honestly, I’m not even sure if “matcha” and “latte” are real words anymore
they definitely are! Matcha means ground tea in Japanese and latte means milk in Italian
@@Nioteas No, that’s fine - It’s just that I heard them so much throughout the video they stopped sounding like real words 🤣
using matcha as a paste helped my latte not taste like sweet milk!
1:23 That's a hell of a tongue twister
yes I said matcha latte a latte haha
Con quién lo pido
take a shot every time he says matcha ice green matcha green tea latte matcha
I would not recommend
Good video a bit confusing though.
In what way? perhaps we can improve next time
You dragged this video around the block.
what do you mean?
Omg. You killed the entire benefit of matcha with all that crap you added. No milk, no sugar no nothing.
yes this is how I like it personally but a lot of people are interested in using it in a latte so I'd like to show them how
