One issue I had with Blood in the Water was finding the alluring specimens in underwater caves. The abyssal horrors would spawn in the walls of the cave and no amount of digging would free them. They'd just be permanently clipped in the walls. If you find an alluring specimen in an underwater cave, skip it for one in open waters. That, or collect the Hadal Cores for easy nanites.
Iron Giants is very easy when you're in Minotaur. You destroy walkers in 10 seconds. Make sure to fabricate both an arm and a leg upgrade for the Minotaur. I spent more time looking for sentinels than actually shooting them down.

The mining milestone is very easy with the Minotaur because its mining laser never overheats. The Minotaur can make short work of Walkers and Brood Mothers, too.
Some of us left the starting planet and forgot the name of it. Stating the name and the details again for the starting planet would help. I think I'm at the right planet and did the coordinates but no base is here.
System name: Angyuan-Raha XIX Planet name: Eardog Sigma If you didn't land in the station there, just head to rendezvous 1, it's 105 light years from it, and just in case youre a new player, systems you've been in will have a faint white circle around them in the galactic map, so should be easy to find. Oh also, due to the quantity of bases, there's no gauranteee my base will show up, which was part of including the coordinates, they only show a certain amount and these expedition planets tend to have crazy amounts of bases that you'll see cycle every so often.
Always go to the station at the starting system and the rendezvous systems during any expedition. Then the stations will be in your teleporter with labels for rendezvous 1, etc. 👍🏻
For the 900 in one sweep you can harvest the sodium or oxygen rich plant spawns where there are loads of plants, jist hold the harvest button and make sure youre always grabbing plants.
For the iron giant part, I made a 2 floor simple base on the last planet near a sentinel hub... I just enter the base and hide if things start to get bad or hide behind rock walls to avoid damage.. Plenty of gravitino balls nearby, so I always start at alert 3. Just get rid of the triangle and healer guys ASAP when they spawn and it it should be fine.
@@iLostDa1V thanks. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. Have all upgrades on weapons, moved around to extra boosting squares, I equip paralyzer and make sure it’s on when I shoot but it doesn’t seem to paralyze them. I see in xaines video how it has like an electric charge but mine doesn’t 😩
Thanks for your input. I figured it out and got one save complete. I’ve never used the paralysis mortar before so didn’t know how to activate it. I use controller on both saves so it was left bumper.
only thing slowing me down is waiting on the optional milestones. I have complete the missions, but don't want to finalize until all milestones are met.
This expeditions reminds me of the way I don’t like to play NMS. This game is zen and about exploring/building for me. Did most of the missions but I am going to try and find you base for the walkers because I had it with all the shooting 😅 Glad I am almost there Btw biological horrors were very easy to kill with the mech. Thank you for this video and the step by step guide, I was able to finish the expedition and upgrade my multi-tool. Regarding Blood in the Water, I went to the exact coordinates in Eardog Sigma, and there weren't any base in there. However, there were Alluring Specimens within 300u of the coordinates so I was able to complete the quest regardless. Regarding Iron Giants, I went to the exact coordinates but wasn't able to see your base there, though someone else's showed up.
…so does anyone have any idea about the eye grub thing in the sky of the starting planet, that’s visible from spawn? Cause, wtf man that gave me a little bit of a heart attack starting the expedition.
The minotaur might be slow, but i am not.... and guess what..... You can get an A.I. modification....... Let the A.I. help you when you need it, it makes a great guardian and will keep the horrors from encircling you
Was watching some of your older stuff, clicked on this at random (okay, okay, I was making preperations for redux), and yes, it does seem to be still there, and since I wanted a big fatty 4 cap rifle for my sentinal, I went for it. Have to farm the nanites to upgrade it the old fashioned way, but figure this will do just fine. Get myself a staff with 4 slots from one of the other sites, and split the weapon types between them, and I'll have those covered. Then Just a matter of finding a nice atlantid to mine with. Though, I am slightly tempted to see what doing a 4 square X rank mining upgrade with hijacked AND laser in supercharged would look like...
When you are waiting for the community milestone, each big culling can get you one or two percent.... You get a percent if the planet is infested, meaning your constantly killing swarms, and get a percent for each sentinel hub..... You can enter systems that have multiple planets and moons, Do a complete extermination, Rambo style .......
The most important bit I recently learned (too late to help me in hunting for interceptors) was that we can see the coordinates from within the ship's cockpit while inside an atmosphere of a planet. I tend to fly in third person so I didn't even notice them. As for the coordinates themselves, there's a guide on the NMS wiki ("Planetary coordinates"). I think the rule of thumb is to get the east/west part done first, and then you can just fly directly north/south as needed.
Does the new exo mech parts stack with previous hardframe upgraded parts? I know you can have both installed but are they getting bonuses or taking up precious limited slot space?
Tip: i did the 900resources easy by using the infra knife accelerator on my starship , went above ground on a planet with many trees and destroyable plants and let it rip

the multitool is not 4 square on Playstation 4, switch and probably xbox too. Do not get this multitool as a replacement if you already have one with 4 touching supercharged slots since the slots on the tool he shows here has teh charged slots appear 4 squares away from the 2 in teh middle.

Fire in the hole is. I have 2 saves, one on pc and other on Xbox and can’t do on either one. You make it look so simple.

If u can find the whispering eggs near a building, that is an easy way if ur sitting on top and shoot down where the eggs are.

My Strat was to spam paralysis mortars on foot at the walkers while the AI Minotaur and I hammered them in between punish windows.

I accidentally completed the fat of the land milestone while shooting bugs in minotaur. I have no idea how that happened.

Ive got every milestone except for the optional Purged by fire 5. Ive been genociding those poor monstrosities for hours and its still at 4%
It was at 29% for me just 15 minutes ago but then got reset to 0% so yeah that's fun.
