Thank u so much doctor. I have been on only water and an occasionally a Coffee and I believe that is the healthy way 2 go. I can't do walking because of my old damaged knees. So I did warm water walking in a therapeutic pool. It is wonderful exercise. When covid hit the pool closed and has not reopened. I am going 2 try doing it in a hot tub, carefully. I have much respect for your knowledge. And I am grateful for the time and knowledge you give us. Been wondering where you have been.
Hi Doc, I walk 30 min a day. I know you said just H2O. But, what about green tea (big antioxidant) I drink 1/2 my body weight in ounces per day...is that about right? Thanks for great content!
