I think Ohmura is a very humble guitarist.
A typical guitarist of such virtuoso skill like him wouldn't be able to put up playing rhythm guitars throughout a whole show.
I am quite aware that playing good rhythm guitar requires a lot of skill, but in general, many guitarists tend to have big egos and are show offs.
but he's playing with one of his idols though, i'm sure that is a factor as to why.
Yes. Ohumra's inspiration/influence comes from Marty. I think he's just happy being with him. Oh the humble idea, he's probably one of the best guitarists (ability wise) I've ever known. Fast and clean.
Yes they are friends, but it would of been nice to see Takayoshi melt some faces.
That's because everyone there already knows Takayoshi is the best guitarist on Earth. So he's cool with just playing around.
he plays for babymetal and enjoys the heck out of it.
If someone's wondering, the second music is by the J-pop group Ikimono Gakari, and it is original version it's a soft ballad. Its crazy how they've turned it into what can be listend here!!

Its funny around 5 35 Marty played a Hendrix lick where he does this bending lick. It's funny because he's stated before that he doesn't like Hendrix, but that's clearly a Hendrix lick!

Well, at the end of the day, it's just his opinion. It's widely accepted that he's the greatest one there ever was, because simply put, rock 'n' roll guitar (especially lead guitar, and stage antics etc in general) would not be what it is today if Hendrix hadn't done what he did back in the 60's and early 70s until he died. Same thing with Chuck Berry. Those two almsot singlehandedly wrote the book on Rock n Roll guitar.
