  • I have never eaten anything so delicious! Addictive, simple and affordable recipe for everyone! Absolutely breathtaking recipe, very juicy and extraordinarily tasty that I can eat every day :D.     Ingredients:
    450 g lean ground beef 93/7
    1 shallot
    a handful of parsley
    1 egg
    Season with salt and black pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp sweet paprika
    6 traditional flour tortillas
    4 tbsp Olive oil or any

    This looks pretty tasty. I like the fact that the ingredients are mostly stuff I have in my pantry and/or fridge.
    So, I have ground beef defrosting wondering what I was going to make for dinner...I think I'll try this! Thank you for sharing!

    This is very similar to the way my Mother used to make us hamburger when I was a kid. The only exception was she would add Hungarian hot peppers chopped really fine, 3 Tbsp of Paprika and also ground pork mixed with the ground hamburger meat. Best Hamburgers I've ever eaten! 😋

    I made this exactly....except I used 16 eggs and I poached them and I swapped the beef out for canadian bacon and replaced the tortilla with an english muffin and topped it with a bit of hollandaise sauce. Came out awesome. :)

    I've been making made meals like this since I was a kid in the 1960s, filling tortillas with whatever was available in the frig or pantry, then toasting or frying it in a skillet. It is a fast and easy meal. Always satisfies.

    I've made this recipe since I was a child(my mom has been making this way since the 70s at least), but we used corn tortillas instead of flour. I'll have to try using an egg in the mixture and use cliantro instead of parsley.

    No ground beef, but I did have ground venison. I went 50/50 venison to pork sausage and made the recipe as directed. Yum!

    Just cover the whole Taco with the minced meat and then add some grated cheese! Anything you like, just put it in the middle of the meat before you fold it! Adds flavour and (even more!) taste! Thanks for the recipe!

      I think it'll need more time to cook though because it will double the size of the filling and you will end up burning the tortillas, thats why he has just a thin layer of minced meat

      Creative... really!? Life must be dull in Albonia... Much safer and versatile cooking-wise if you make the perfect chorizo, and add whatever everyone wants, like cheese, pepper, salsa and cook it like as quesadillas. You also want be shitting for hours that way.

      We called this technique Indian tacos. Give it a try, it works. I use raw, seasoned elk and they are great.

    This looks delicious but I would worry that the ground beef would still be pink in the middle. I am going to try this with already cooked seasoned beef, and instead of parsley I'll add cilantro. I'll also add a slice of mexican cheese before folding it. I'll fry in a mixture of butter and olive oil, but not too much. The meat will already be cooked so all I need to do is saute the tortilla on both sides till brown. Thanks so much for the idea!

    I did not know that in Germany there are fluor tortillas. That recipe could be even better if you just heat the tortilla instead of frying it, and if you add grated cheese on the tortilla you will make a delicious quesadilla with meat. Greetings from Ciudad Juarez, México🇲🇽 to Germany🇩🇪✌

      Agree, 500 calories in 1/4 cup of olive oil the 6 tortilla fried here absorbed all of that oil...adding 80 calories of oil to each one.

      @Ammara Khan Because its suposed the tortilla is completely cooked when is made (homemade or supermarket). Even if the tortilla is raw, the tortilla will be completely cooked if you heat them in a comal or a pan. Here in Mexico (specially here in Ciudad Juarez, where the fluor tortilla born) is the traditional way to eat fluor tortillas. Greetings from Ciudad Juarez, Mexico🇲🇽✌

    This is like the Egyptian "Hawawshi", only we use a different type of bread which is a little thicker than tortilla and much softer in the inside so it takes more time to cook and also the meat will melt and mix with the inside of the bread. It can be cooked in the oven wrapped in parchment paper or just on the stove top same way like you.

      I just commented about this you're completely correct in using corn. Flour is far too delicate and puffs and shatters if you fry it. It does look like she used corn as well. Anyway good luck and best wishes!

    I've adopted a practice of hiding veggies inside minced meat and it has changed everything. Translated well into making spaghetti meat with chopped spinach, and of course kebab. I learned this in Egypt primarily. That trip changed me for the better in a few ways.

    I grew up in Southern California and we used to make tacos in a similar way. Ground beef with salt and pepper, no egg, onion or parsley. Packed tightly onto half of a corn tortilla, not flour. Prep stacks and stacks and shallow fry at the last minute. Of course with a generous array of toppings. Tomato, onion, lettuce, cilantro, cheese, avocado and of course hot sauce.       Be careful when using cilantro if you offer them to guests, cilantro (coriander) tastes like soap to approx 20% of the population due to a genetic variation, this will undoubtedly destroy the flavour for them as I know too well, for decades no one would believe me when I kept telling them some foods tasted like soap until about a decade ago when the discovery was made.

      @@dingenshier , I’m asking myself the same question, actually 😀. I was wondering if the meat would cook thoroughly enough, just by frying it inside the pastry. If not, I think you could bake it, after the frying stage, until the meat is cooked 👍🌈

    I wasn’t aware that this is a German cooking video. We’ve eaten similar tacos growing up in Arizona. Glad to see the popularity grow globally from my region of the world. 👍🏼

      There’s a variation of this in every country I’m sure. Former USSR were doing it from scratch, you do the dough and kind of deep fry them, but you have to close of the edges together. It came to us from eastern countries and we called them Chebureky

    Tacos Dorados! In Mexico we use corn tortillas instead of flour. Although, I'm sure there are some regions in Mexico that use flour tortillas 🙂 So cool seeing similar recipes from across the world. Try them with sour cream, lettuce, cheese, and salsa. Soooooo good! Cheers!

      Yeah. Depends where you live. Some areas are better for growing corn, others for wheat. This being a German channel, I'm guessing they don't have as much access to good corn tortillas.

      Agreed, I'm from Guatemala and it is extremely simmilar to the way they're prepared in Mexico, but we add beans to ours and/or creme fresh on top

      Мясоедение - бич современного общества
      Любопытный факт, о котором не многие знают: жиры в пищеварительной системе вначале расщепляются на жирные кислоты, но потом, если им предстоит быть отложенными в теле «про запас», то те жирные кислоты вновь объединяются в структуры жиров, идентичные первоначальным. А такие структуры - видоспецифичны. Так например, если некто обожает свиной жир, то именно из свиной плоти состоят жировые отложения в его собственном теле. Иначе говоря, его тело в значительной мере становится свиным.
      Собственные же - человеческие по химическому составу - жиры образуются в наших телах из углеводов.
      Углеводы - это и сахара, и крахмалы. Достаточное их количество мы получаем из семян злаков, из овощей, фруктов и т.д.
      Для похудения. Используйте короткие голодания, только голодать надо с водой и не больше трех дней, при слабости пить подслащенную воду, т.к. при наличии сахаров распад жира происходит быстрее.
      Если же есть желание поголодать дольше - то это можно делать только под контролем специалиста по лечебному голоданию. Выход из голодания должен быть плавным. Первые приёмы пищи лучше делать из соков и фруктов. На несколько дней следует полностью исключить поваренную соль - иначе возможен отёк тканей тела.
      Белки, жиры и углеводы содержатся одновременно практически в каждом естественном продукте: молоке, любом зерне, любом овоще и т.д. - но в разных соотношениях.
      Питание наше должно быть сбалансированным, в молоке и яйцах есть все необходимые человеку так называемые «незаменимые» аминокислоты - важнейшие составные компоненты белков.
      Микроэлементами очень богата морская капуста.
      Отмечу ещё, что люди, которые, удовлетворяя своё чревоугодие, питаются телами убитых животных, должны быть готовы к тому, чтобы потом не обижаться за собственную боль. Да, так нас Бог учит Любви.
      Причина рака, например (на ряду: с курением, алкоголем, агрессивными эмоциями) - и от чревоугодного питания: как мясом, так рыбой и моллюсками...
      Человек, по своей биологической природе, - не хищник. Но многие люди - по своей воле или из подражания другим - делают себя хищниками.
      Многие люди совсем не задумываются, как получаются, например, колбаса, сосиски… Они гладят кошечек и собачек, умиляются птенчикам или пушистым зверькам. А потом они же хвастаются сделанными из них дорогими шубками… Всё это - как в «параллельных мирах» для них существует…
      Большинство людей, например, не готово представить своих любимых питомцев - вкусной едой…

    We make this in Azerbaijan and it’s called a qutab but we generally use raw dough but I’ve definitely used flour tortillas and soaked them a little bit to cook down even softer and crispier

In chebureks, the main thing is juice, so it is necessary to add water or broth to the ground meat, and the cheburek itself must be hermetically sealed.     My Tiá/aunt/family friend taught me this when I was a kid. I'm pretty sure those are corn tortillas, they're thicker and almost more grey. If you do it with flour tortillas they'll puff and crisp into shards essentially. But regardless this is a phenomenal recipe thank you for sharing it!

    That looks sooo tastey!! However, could I use less oil and get the same result? There is already fat from the ground beef in addition to the oil in the pan, and I am trying to moderate (not eliminate) fat consumption. Would lightly buttering the outside of the tortillas and frying them without the oil work as well? Thanks for your work!

      @@taylorh.6477 500 calories in 1/4 cup of olive oil...frying in olive oil adds 80 calories of oil to each one. The tortillas include fat/oil as well. They could be lightly brushed with oil and cooked in a dry pan.

      You'll just be hungry sooner by using less fat, but you do you. Plenty of good info out ther that shows that those who eat less fat tend to eat more calories because they eat and snack more often. Best luck.
