In 1982 I wanted a new Camaro I was young & my first new car purchase. Co-worker told me get a Z28 not a lesser model. When he showed me a pic of the new body style Z-28 I bought one new within a week I was blown away by the styling. That brand new black Z28 4 speed got stolen 4 years later so I bought another Camaro in 1987 a Blue used 1983 Z28 automatic. Had it till 2021 and sold it. Now I see these 1982-94s all over the place in terrible neglected states its really sad but I did have my blast with two of them at least.
