    Omg yes!!! I have sacroiliac pain. On both sides. It makes my butt cheeks sore. And it goes down both legs with an ache. My pain goes to the ankles. It's hard to sleep on hips at times. I was diagnosed with sacroiliac disease.

      That’s brutal. I’ve experienced periods of sacroiliac problems but to have it ongoing would be a nightmare. Always got worse with pregnancy.

      I believe mine had gotten really bad from a job I've done for 16 years. I had my right leg lifted in a repetitive motion. I have more pain on right side but usually it flairs up on both sides at the same time. Laying on my right side is a bit challenging.

    ALIGNMENT. Re my prior comment and question about my SI joint being “stuck or that it actually had slid over the other side” , ...Only that one DC actually FIXED the problem, where absolutely NO PT or other DC’s ever could!! I had suffered for almost 20 years with tons of referrals until I found him! My pain RESOLVED and never returned for over 16 YEARS! I would really appreciate a response! Thanks 🙏

      I had SI pain down the leg. Tried everything, but a chiro did one manipulation and it took away 80% of the pain. Another two weeks later and essentially gone. I had low or no expectations that chiro would work. The immediate response makes me think it was slightly out of place, also it just felt like that was what was happening. It hasn't returned. So my experience would support displacement rather than muscle weakness, etc.

    Would you ever recommend a pain injection in the sacroiliac joint? My pain management Dr is recommending this. Could the shots actually help alleviate the pain so that I could do more core exercises to strengthen up?
    I bought the sacroiliac book a week ago & have started the exercises. I appreciate the explanations in the book , it’s well written!

    Are Trochanter belts the same thing as SI belts?

    • @RiczoHealthEducation
      @RiczoHealthEducation 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you have a trochanter belt you don't need to buy a sacroiliac (SI) belt, but if you have a sacroiliac problem I would recommend purchasing a sacroiliac belt. A trochanter belt is to help stabilize the hip joint where the SI belt stabilizes the SI joint.

    I have osteoarthritis in my right si joint. I also get groin pain on the same side, but my hip is fine (no arthritis in xray). Would this program potentially be helpful

    Unsubscribing from your channel as I do not like the direction this channel is going introducing all the guests. Thank you for your original work. I learned a lot from it.
