Such an amazing video. I literally have been watching this entire channel to help me through my banshee build. So many people do half @ss work but South Texas banshee takes the time to do nice clean build! Thank you for everything you put on here for us!
This allows you to plug it into a dc voltage regulator/rectifier. Then you can use a battery to power your lights with no flicker. Your engine will charge the battery just like a car or motorcycle. It's popular with a lot of night riding when people want to be able to leave on lights at night to be seen also.
What kind of battery would you use and size of it, where would you mount it and how would you connect it? Love to see a tutorial on that or just a finished one pointing out what you did.
Maybe solder the new yellow wire onto the black one you are removing (at ~ 13:27) and when you pull the black one out, the yellow one is installed in the factory loom for you. it may work for ya. Great videos and subscribed!

Im rebuilding a 87 banshee im putting new stock cylinders on it but i bought 20cc domes i live in st george utah 2000 plus elevation what kind of gas should I use. Please and thank you
Hey man what would I need to do for a fuel injection setup for my 87 banshee I live in Montana and ride from 1700ft to 8,000 feet in 45 minutes just curious what I would need to do or what it would cost to have done?
Do you know the symptoms of a stator going bad? When my basically stock banshee gets hot it dies. PUTTING, FLYING doesnt matter iy just starts cutting out and 100% dies. Not a fuel issue, no blogging definitely a spark issue. Let it cool for 10 minutes and fires back up and rips till it gets hot...then dies. Wasn't sure if I should replace the stator or look elsewhere for issues.
@@mannieghee1370 I tested the stator and it passed the ohm test. But after changing the coil and cdi the banshee still did what I originally commented. I replaced the stator with a New Genuine Yamaha Stator and it fixed the issue.
Hey man I got a 2003 banshee 350 and idk what’s wrong with it I tried to work on it but I just cant I’ll be glad to see if you can! Just text me once you see this

Thanks for you videos man big help know wanna kno what kind of regulator can I used
Why would you need to float the ground on the stator?

South Texas Banshee I got you, Thanks Kevin keep up the good work
South Texas Banshee I bought your leak down tester and it works great , thanks brother its a quality tester , stay safe out there buddy
After u float ur stater so u hook them all back up to same spot u took them off of or do u have to get different stuff to run led headlights
Does it matter if you solder the wire back to the post. or solder the new wire to the post
Kevin, can I still run leds without a battery if I floated the ground already?
I would like to know if this is possible as well.
Thanks Kevin. Blessings to you and your family.
Hi, everybody I want to know that too?!
Good to see that you are still doing good man hope all is well during these times. Will you ever go back to doing raffles again?
I bought a Ricky stator with floating ground but see no videos on the installation. Do I snip the ground like you did or is it plug and play?
