I just became aware of this Levon Helms song tonight in a local dive I visit ... and this version is exactly what it needed to bump up the song to the next level from its bluegrass roots... I'd love to here this song from this band but with the gravelly "life experianced " voice of Tom wait , how cool would that be this song is amazing the lyrics just make me stand down and fills me with so much reflection as I can relate so personally to so much about this great piece of art
